Horrid place - woman ruined the dress I bought with an oil stain from the sewing machine, then tried to blame it on me, and wouldn’t give me all my money back

Great customer service, awesome collection, and owners were very professional. One of the reviews stated that the store was closed when she arrived however maybe that was during covid as most stores had off timings especially stores selling wedding attire (since no weddings were taking place). A lot of stores including doctors and dental offices didnt update timings on google so I dont think thats a fair reason to rate them poorly. My experience has always been great! I was looking for a last minute outfit and they were able to help me find what I was looking for and get all the stitching and alteration work done on time! They also allow you to custom order outfits for weddings!

Horrible place to go they arent even open from12 -6 when the sign says so. I wasted my time and my day to drive from the Northside to the south . I wouldn't even want to spend a dollar from.my pocket at this place. I even call and they dont answer. And you guys are open for business, what kind of business is this!!!.
