Ordering online was great!
Delivery was great!
Terrible coordination of the delivery and install. I would be ok with waiting a day, maybe two but not 5 days in between. Just hanging out with a dishwasher in the living room :/

The process from buying to delivery was stress free. Communication was on point. I could track the delivery. Most importantly safe lifting was emphasized by someone on the delivery team. It was nice to see that safety is important to the company.

We had an excellent experience buying a loveseat at Leon's. Our salesperson was extremely polite and helpful and our loveseat arrived by Leon's delivery truck this morning. The delivery men were helpful and friendly and we were so thankful that we shopped at Leon's.

The delivery team were on time and very professional. Then the fridge was defective and the manufacturer cs (Hisense) were not very helpful. Then I called Leon's and they were very understanding and exchanged the fridge for me. I just wish they gave you more than three days to report a problem before they refer you to the manufacturer and I wish tehy didn't ask me to keep the huge fridge box for three days.
