Ordering online was great! Delivery was great! Terrible coordination of the delivery and install. I would be ok with waiting a day, maybe two but not 5 days in between. Just hanging out with a dishwasher in the living room :/

The process from buying to delivery was stress free. Communication was on point. I could track the delivery. Most importantly safe lifting was emphasized by someone on the delivery team. It was nice to see that safety is important to the company.
