We came in looking to buy my husband a new vehicle and as soon as we walked in, we were treated very well. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Micheal H. was a phenomenal salesman to work with, he found us the perfect vehicle, well within our price range. 10/10 would recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I want to say thank you to Michael for helping me get the vehicle I’ve always wanted. I thought I was going to have to wait months to get it but he was able to give me a deal. They are so friendly and helpful at Landmark Mazda and I am so happy I went to them. The best part is I know that if I ever have issues I can always go to them for help without feeling bad. I feel like part of the Mazda family now. I highly recommend Landmark Mazda and I’ll never forget how great my experience was there.

Just wanted to recognize the extra effort that Shelly in the parts department made in helping us with a very hard-to-find part, even going so far as to get shipping quotes and to send the part all the way from Edmonton to our shop in Airdrie. It's hard to find service like this these days.

REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALSHIP!! Please go to another Mazda in this city, or they will charge your lease from the first day you step into the place and charge you for the day when holding the car and tell you it’s “FREE”.Once you signed the lease, the manager and finance worker here are all unresponsible, finance worker here is only telling you I don't know& I can't handle this. The manager only said to call the Canadian leasing service even though we already called it.ONCE AGAIN PLEASE GO TO OTHER MAZDA IN THE CITY: LA Mazda(less package & better service)

On December 1st, I visited the dealership to talk about leasing a CX50. At first, I was happy with the payment amount they gave me, and they had the vehicle available right away.KEY POINT: My leasing agreement started on the day I stepped into this dealership, which was 20 days before the pick-up.Because I was gonna be busy the next few weeks I asked them if I could pick it up on the 20th Dec for preparing parking/insurance things. They agreed with it, and we signed some paperwork. On the 20th I picked up the car and made the first payment. at this time I signed some papers with financial manager Alyssa Pegg. She told me I just need to sign some same documents with only the different dates.Of course I thought my leasing started from the day I picked up the car and I did sign some paper on that day. Now, I have been told that I was charged for the leasing agreement starting Dec 1st. It means I'm not only paying for an additional 20 days but also have to return the vehicle 20 days earlier after the three-year lease.I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by your dealership. The most common language they use is 'I don't know/I'm not sure'. The dealership told me to call the leasing company and the leasing company told me to call the dealership. Please be cautious dealing with this dealership and check the details on your contract. They would say, "It is just some paperwork we will resign it anyway", don't believe them don't give them your signature!Btw, the financial manager Alyssa Pegg put the phone number of the restaurant where I work into the documents. When the leasing companies told me this, I said don't change it I will post it on the Google reviews to let everybody know.
