Due to feet numbing my physician recommended Birkenstock footwear. Since the spring of 2023 I purchased 5 pairs of Birkenstock shoes, as well as a couple of other brands. The first ones I bought in 2023 the cork has cracked along the side and the leather is separating from the cork. When I took them to Kunitz shoes to remedy this problem the sales clerk told me this was a common problem and that I should have sealed them. I replied I bought 5 pairs on separate occasions. in the last 18 months, and this is the first time I hear of sealing the cork. If it’s such a common occurrence perhaps the problem with the cork should be disclosed and purchasing the sealant should be suggested. There was 5 opportunities to inform me about the cork snd sealant. I guess Kunitz staff think it’s more profitable to have me replace my Birks after 8 months of wear. I won’t replace them at Kunitz shoes. Also today, when the clerk told me about the cork issue and sealant protection, I bought the sealant to protect my other 4 pairs of Birks.

What a great experience I had today. I called the store looking for a specific size and style of shoe. The sales associate who I spoke with said he would keep them behind the counter for when I got there as I was already on my way to the store and didn’t have much time today for shopping but needed shoes for a trip. When I walked in the store, what amazing customer service. They had all the white sneakers in my size ready for me to try on displayed all nicely at a bench for me to sit at. I was in and out in 5 minutes, for a person who doesn’t like shopping this was beyond five stars. I wish I would have got the associates name. He tall and had very short light coloured hair, please make sure to give him the recognition for his above and beyond service today. Thank you so much and I will see you again soon

Worst experience ever will not return shoes I paided 200 for Berks that I can't wear and I tried to return and was told no I had the receipt and the manager just made faces at me DO NOT SHOP HERE RIP OFFS TAKE PEOPLE MO EY BUT WONT GIVE BACK MONEY I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

The shoe collection at this store is excellent. Great quality and great customer services as well. The selection is not something that you see usually. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get great quality shoes.

I have bought multiple pairs of shoes here over the years and have always enjoyed my experience! Even when they are busy, their staff work so hard to attend to everyone in a timely manner and are so kind and helpful with their feedback and knowledge of shoes.
They also have a good return policy and encourage you to try your shoes out inside for a few hours to make sure you are happy with them.
Such a great selection as well, especially Birkenstocks and Blundstones.
This last time I tried going somewhere else locally and was so disappointed I ended up returning my shoes there and buying them at Kunitz instead because they deserve the support!

Absolutely lovely place, fun selection of shoes and very knowledgeable staff. The pair of shoes I saw online wasn't in my size but after a short chat with one of the sales reps, she zipped away returning with so many options (most fitting my style). Really impressed with her ability to guage what people are looking for as she helped my grandmother find some shoes too.

This isn't a cheap (bargain) shoe store, but they offer quality brands and truly exemplary service. I should mention that they have some very good sales throughout the year on their regular merchandise. I am always treated like a valued client each time I walk in, and the staff are warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I am never greeted by a disinterested clerk, banging away on their cellphone and waiting out the clock until it's time to go home. It's like the staff enjoy working there. Go figure. Today, I had the toe box on my new winter boots stretched while I waited. The lady I dealt with was very pleasant and invited me to return if I still had problems. I would highly recommend this store to anyone seeking decent footwear and excellent service.

Great selection and service. I would go back but was visiting from Nova Scotia. We each bought boots with built in studs. Gorgeous sneakers really unique.

As usual very friendly staff, great display and selection of quality footwear and some accessories. This is truly the only store I buy my shoes for years, well a decade+ and all my shoes are still in great shape. Fantastic quality and worth every penny. I was at the sputhside location but have been to the others as well and same great service
