It's really a a chaotic experience. You need to have patience, but you can find great deals if all the stars align.Starting Friday bins are opened for rummaging through. Everyday is a flate rate price for all items in bins.Friday is $25Saturday and Sunday are $10Monday is $7 I think and then everything goes right down to a $1 by Thursday.IMO, Saturday is the optimal day to go. Lots of great deals at $10.By the the $1 day, it's usually just cell phone cases left and broken items.I've got pokemon binders, garden hoses, costumes and so much more for great prices.

The good is1-low prices and there's something from everything every week2-Good friendly workersThe bad things are1-Tables are messed up and top of each other2- can't open boxes no labels no description3- some ignorant customers opened boxes and leave everything out missing parts and so on

Terrible customer service. The whole store is disorganized from top to bottom, so much to the point where you cannot tell which price is which. Alaa the lady working in the customer service department was extremely rude and accusatory, she accuses customers of switching prices when they are so disorganized that they don’t even know their own prices. Very bad experience, very rude staff if I could give 0 stars I would.

Went for the first time today and bought a heated blanket and when we brought it home to check it out the cord was so gross , the blanket was used , wish I would have known that they sell stuff like this before I wasted my money

I use to like this place. But I will not be going back. Not because of product but.The company has no respect for their customers. Now there not going to let you in the store with a cart to carry the product .So you will have to try to drag the cheep bag they supply to carry it. Throw the big store. Good luck with that. I hope they go out of business.

These Amazon return bin places are popping up everywhere. Some of them are better than others. From what I observed after a few visits here over the course of a few weeks - Phone cases upon phone cases. Recycled stock week after week. Zero effort in keeping the store clean.The bar isn't set very high with these "bin" places, however, this one stands out at being exceptionally mediocre.

I personally cannot handle the absolute disgusting disorganization and garbage that is in this establishment. Not worth looking through piles of stuff people totally disregard and disrespect. Probably some good deals to be had but I just couldn’t do it. Did they even attempt to keep ANYTHING organized? Clean? Parts together? Horrible place.

I've been to places like this before so I know it's hard to find anything useful, but I found that there was nothing but junk here, even though it was a $25 day. The only good stuff is behind the counter and is where everyone rushes upon the store opening.They have a no box opening policy with a penalty of $25 if they catch you doing so. Have to get an employee to open the mystery Amazon boxes if you want to figure out what's inside.

What a mess! Rummage sales. Rules say don't open packages....not enforced. No organization of any type! I'm sure there is good stuff there, good luck finding it!Time wasted!

Terrible customer service. 2 workers behind the counter, an Egyptian woman and man, constantly chatting with each other, I wasn't even sure if they worked there cause of the way they were only engaging with themselves and not their customers. Had to wait for them to finish chatting before I was served at a couple times. No care for how they were displaying just so unprofessional.
