I have to update my previous 5 star rating to 2 stars because unfortunately I had to come back to kal Tire 2 times for balancing and the wheels were still not balanced. Ended up going to Jeep dealership where they did another wheel balance and charged me 170$. The right tire was out 1 and the left tire was out 3. Really disappointed in all the money spent to get this done right. The front end staff and manager here are lovely people to deal with. But whoever did the tire balance on my SRT truly disappointed me. I'm embressed to complain like this but now I'm out money so just want to make kal Tire staff aware. ? Not trying to be rude, just a disappointed ?

I recently had my tires changed and oil serviced at Kal Tire, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent service I received. The Assistant Manager, Aaron, was not only friendly and helpful but also very fair in his recommendations. I felt taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Kal Tire for all your car needs!

This is a company that will get you the best prices on tires and rims should you not be able to afford it. They treat you like your needs really matter and they do their best to get the job done the same day. I absolutely love this company!

Great experience at Kal Tire Oliver. Donavan and his team were professional and efficient. I was able to get in the same day that I called and they were finished with my tire by the end of the day! Extremely happy with the service provided.

Went in to get an alignment done for my car, Donavan and his team helped me out very promptly and to my surprise told me that all is good and there will be no charge, stating 'we can't charge for work we haven't done.' Despite taking up an hour of their time these guys were very professional and honest. Definitely recommend going to this Kal Tire for any problems.

My exclusive spot for tire service since 2017. Always great service and price. Donovan, the new manager, was very professional and exceedingly fair with an issue I had with tire storage. Giovanni gave awesome customer service on my most recent visit. In and out in an hour, great experience. Thanks guys.

My first walk in experience was a 1 star affair. Unfortunately I was misled and wasted a ton of time. HOWEVER. Once Donavan read my review here, he quickly performed a complete 180 on my experience. He reached out by phone, offered sincere (really) apologies for the issues I experienced, and proceeded to fix everything that went wrong. Today I left with a brand new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires that gave my Audi Q5 the quality of ride it was meant to have. I am very satisfied with how my problems were handled, in a true professional fashion. High quality service with attention to detail, professionalism and, of course, good vibes, is what I uphold most when going about my business. Not every store/company deserves your time. But Kal Tire does. Thank you!

Great experience at Kal Tire. I had a last minute emergency wheel alignment that needed to be done, called the manager Donavan thursdsy night and he was able to squeeze me jn friday morning. Very friendly staff and the job was done quickly and effectively. Truck rode like new following the work. I will be coming back here in the future and would highly recommend it.
