Had amazing customer service from a young man named Sean. He was knowledgeable helpful and patient even had two tape measures. Ended up purchasing an opened glass cabinet. Very impressed with the quality of it as well and how easy it was to put together. Very happy.

Such a wonderful location, team was extremely helpful especially Bruce. Bruce displayed great professionalism, expertise and was super genuine. Didn’t feel forced to buy anything but was given fantastic knowledge about their items.We left with a couch that made us super happy and we will definitely be coming back to support the location and also the fantastic team!Thank you Jysk South Park team and Bruce! If I could give 10 stars outta 5 I would!

I Love this Store and the People that work here!!! From the time I walked, I was greeted right away. The staff are amazing and I love shopping here because of the customer service.I want to specifically mention, Sean and Bruce. Anytime I had any questions Sean and Bruce were right there to spend the time to answer all my questions, in fact they went beyond to make sure I understood. They both took the time to show me other options until I made my decision on what I wanted. So patient and kind and full of knowledge.Sean helped me pick the bedroom furniture and was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable with no sale pressure. Sean's goal was to make sure I was happy and confident with my purchases. I went to pay with my Flexiti card but there was an issue. Sean spent the time to call and correct the situation, I was so grateful at how he handled everything from start to finish.About a week later, I had to bring my girlfriend as she wanted to look at towels and I wanted a TV stand. Bruce came up to us right away and helped both of us by answering all our questions. He also had my TV stand waiting for pickup as soon as I arrived in the back of building to pickup. Such amazing customer service by these gentlemen!! These days, it is very rare to have customer service like this in any store.I will always forever shop at this JYSK because of how they treated me and made me feel.Thank You Sean!!Thank You Bruce!!We will see you again soon!!

I had a great experience at JYSK. Everyone was very helpful specially Sean whom help me through the whole experience and making sure I had everything I needed for my home. We love how our furniture looks and the quality is great for how affortable it is!I will continue to shop here and would recommend this store in a heartbeat.

Very poor customer service, i went there to return some stuff and employee was very rude and I said sorry that i am returning items and she said, are you?? Very poor customer service, will not go there.

I went into this location during the Christmas holidays ( busy time of the year). It was a real pleasant shopping experience. The store was very clean and well organized, and I was also asked by 3 different staff members if I needed help finding anything. Very good customer service.

We stopped by the south Edmonton common store to purchase an ARLO wardrobe.Lucky us we were helped by Sean.He went above and beyond to help us with questions and all. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. Made us feel like friends instead of customers.If we ever need to purchase something else we will go to this store because of him. That’s what makes a difference.Thanks Sean!!!

Sean and all the staff at this location have always been cheerful and helpful every time we have been there! We had multiple items to select for our new apartment, and Sean was ever so helpful! He was even willing to be a chair tester in the showroom for our dining room setup. I highly recommend shopping at this location; the staff has exemplary customer service skills.

Notice the price are not right on the signs, bought a bunch of items and the prices were higher than what was on the signs?When mentioned they said that the price was for another item that's not even there?Thought stores were not suppose to mis price the product, if it's sold out to remove the price before refilling bins with another item.Had to return several items, because it was not the sale price!Should of paid for attention at checkout, will not make that mistake again! Also will not shop at a store that doesn't honor the price listed!

I was on a bit of a time crunch, and I went to the store shopping for a headboard a table and chairs, and was worried that nothing would fit in my car. There was a sale associate named Bruce, who helped me find the right colour headboard the perfect table And matching chairs. He also told me how to fold down my seats so we could fit my items in my car and then he placed the items in the car for me. He provided excellent customer service through the whole experience. It was an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend shopping at the southside JYSK to friends and family.

Well, super happy. Been to other JYSK here but none have ever been so accommodating, helpful kind.I do want to give a huge shout out to Cody STORE MANAGER.And KRIS another great staff.Super friendly, great serviceI will definitely make the extended trip to return to the store only.Thank you for the great customer service.
