Purchased a scarf that was marked down significantly, the salesmen removed tag with discounted price, when I opened packaging after reviewing receipt I discovered the discounted tag removed, and it was my word against theirs and Fluevog seems to be standing by employees not being forthcoming about possible pricing error at time of sale. I walked out paying the amount not listed on the scarf and purchased a pair of shoes and vugbot. I contacted them, and they just keep passing me on to the next person in charge. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Fabulous shoes and astral customer service. They give a s__t.
The shoes are fabulous...that goes without saying, but the customer service is very special indeed. Now they've closed their Amsterdam store, dealing with the Canadian shops on UK orders could've been problematic, but the opposite has proven to be the case - staff at the Edmonton and Montreal shops have followed up each order to personally check the sizing is correct before they press the green light and the order ships. Without their sizing-per-style detailed input I'd've probably ordered the wrong size! They even threw in a pair of insoles just to be safe (much appreciated). Such attention to detail and duty of care is a rare thing these days and should be applauded. Well done guys. Your shoes rock-the-mainstage and so do you.

I always have a great time when I visit this store. Staff and customers are so happy and encouraging. Today, Fluevogologists Jenna and Logan were particularly helpful and amazing, helping me find new shoes for an upcoming event!

I walked into the store, first visit, determined to find a everyday but elevated shoe. I left delighted by the most refreshing shopping experience I've had in a while (and 2 pairs of shoes, which I am SO satisfied with??). Erin is an absolute delight and her love for Fluevogs is infectious (I've followed the Fluevogs' insta). She was very helpful with figuring out sizing and brought me different styles of the same shoe to look at which I found so fun. She provided SO much helpful info on how to care for the shoes as well! The services provided at Fluevog's is a stark contrast from those at shoe stores in malls that's for sure. While the shoe designs were amazing and fun, I can't shake how much fun I had today in the atmosphere at this shoe store. There must have been quite a bit of effort put into this store. Thank you for existing in this city!

Have at least 14 pairs of these shoes! Love them, however, the construction and materials have changed! Not worth the monet anymore. Further needed 2 pairs of shoes repaired. Dropped them off early Wednesday before lunch. Today called to see if they were ready yet. Was told they were just dropped off to the cobbler today! 1 week later!!!! AND won’t be ready until next Wednesday! 2 weeks!! Horrible service. To make matters worse she asked what she could do to make it better……REALLY! Reapir my shoes in a timely manner. They have lost a dedicated customer of 20 years!!!

Bought several pairs over the last 2 years and my sister also . Staffing , as service nice used to be everywhere ! Personable , Knowledgeable , Professional , Helpful when asked not pushy !!Slipping into a pair of Fluevog is like slipping into buttah ! First rate quality , great looks , design and one of a kind .The danger is not walking into the store to browse but to try ON a pair ……..than You are hooked !

I have had the blessed opportunity to shop at Fluevog many times now and have a pretty decent collection of amazing shoes. Every experience at the Edmonton store has been exemplary! The knowledgeable staff are amazing and the customer service is beyond compare! Keep up the good work!

Went in for some window shopping and met Erin! We were greeted with a friendly smile and helping hands! She helped us around the store and matched us with the perfect pairs of shoes. Found the Collettes which fit like a dream. Will be back to pick these babies up soon. Thanks for the great service!
