Weird policies… Rude supervisor (Jordan)Bought a jacket , they never told me it’s on sale , because it was not in sale section.wanted to Return after half n hour as got better one from another store but they said it’s Boxing Day so can’t.Then went back after a week to return they not returning giving the reason it was on sale .Never mentioned that when purchasing.So basically ANYTHING ON SALE NO RETURN.That is the weirdest reason i ever heard.These people are liar and crooks .

I had a great experience with JD Sports - good prices and even better customer service. The individual with whom I was corresponding with over email was pleasant, timely, and to the point. Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.

I am a first time customer. I saw the negative reviews and thought to myself “every business has its bad moments” and convinced myself that I would give them the benefit of the doubt, since most people don’t leave a review UNLESS they’ve had a bad experience somewhere. Well, I feel burned. I bought two pairs of shoes online as part of their “Black Friday” sale and they came today. One pair (Vans) came just as ordered. They are a size M11, exactly what I need. I also ordered a size 11 pair of converse CT’s. I have worn many Chuck Taylors in my life and have never had any issues. The pair that came are LABELED M11, but are likely at least a size M13. They are CLEARLY not an 11. I assume that they would have staff who pack their shipments ensuring accurate sizes. There is no way that they did - these shoes are HUGE! To add insult to injury, they are labeled “final sale. No returns for ANY reason” on their website. I feel ripped off and helpless. This feels like to me that this was not an honest mistake. I truly hope I’m wrong. I hope they will use good description and will consider this an opportunity to improve their reputation with customer service. I trust that someone will realize that this is an extenuating circumstance, and make an exception to their policy. If I don’t hear from them, and they don’t take this as an opportunity to make an exception, I will assume that this was an honest mistake. I’ll update this review when/if I hear anything positive. I purchased a pair of Nike’s from JD sports in West Edmonton Mall and after wearing them around the house for 5 minutes I discovered they were a but too big for me. I went back within the two week return policy window to exchange them and they denied me the exchange because there was a “crease” in the top of the shoe. This crease was present when I bought the shoe not to mention wouldn’t you consider the shoe defective it it creased within 5 minutes of wearing? I am extremely disappointed with the service I received as they wouldn’t even offer me store credit or exchange for a shoe that was in the exact same condition they sold it to me in. Never shop here as you will be stuck with whatever you buy if its not the right size or you dont like the fit.

The worst shopping exerpience. I placed an order and credit card got charged right away, but I waited for 8 days and did not get any confirmation email. On day 9, the order was still unfulfilled, so I called them and took me 30 min to get an agent. I was told that the item was sold out and they could not fulfill the order. So if I did not call, they were going to charge me without shipping my order?

They charged my credit card without shipping my orders. I followed up through email customer service but still no response. I don't recommend ordering online. Disappointing.

I purchased online a pair of last year’s Lebron basketball shoes. They went on final sale at 40% off. The deal was “No refund” after purchase. I paid via credit card. Two weeks later I get an email that they ran out of stock and that I was refunded.I emailed JD Sports and asked for a 40% discount on a future purchase of equal or lesser value of the Lebrons I should have received. After all, if I wouldn’t have been able to return the shoes, then why should the seller be able to back out of the deal? Also, this is similar to a Bait and Switch. Entice me with a good deal to get me shopping on their site so I buy even more. What if I bought other things to go with the shoes?First they offered to honour the original discount should the Lebrons come back in stock. I said this was a poor offer because those shoes were an outdated model being sold on CLEARANCE. What are the chances they’d stock up on an old shoe they were trying to get rid of? I’d be waiting forever.They then offered a 20% discount and I said I’d be happy if they met me halfway at 30%. Their Customer Experience team lead (Megan) was very helpful, but her manager’s final offer stood at 20%. I was quite disappointed. What’s an additional 10% to achieve 100% customer satisfaction? Instead, I was left with a rather negative customer experience.As a final slap in the face, I received an email (probably automated) thanking me for my recent purchase and inviting me to write a review LOL!!

Do not order online from them. I ordered NMDs online and received two right foot shoes. Tried calling their customer line several times and unfortunately nobody answers. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache!!

They are by far the worst company to buy anything from online. I have called the 1800 number 3 times with no response, left 4 emails and contacted west Edmonton mall store 3 times now. I have only received one sweater from a track suit I bought and I’m still missing a pair of shoes. Worst worst worst customer service. Do not buy anything from them online or in store.

Seems like this might be the only way to get some service with this company. I placed an order online and received a sweater that still has a security tag on it. I am unable to go into a store - which is why I ordered online. I tried calling (it rings off the hook forever), and even messaging them on their website. It's been approx a week with no response.UPDATE: I received a response after a week; they asked me to mail the sweater back in so they could remove the tag. By that point, I had already smashed the bloody thing off as I thought they were ghosting me. I said as much, and as a resolution, they refunded me for the sweater and said we can keep it for the inconvenience. A much better resolution, and I appreciate it. 3 stars for doing the right thing, having great clothes and pretty darn reasonable prices. Removed 2 stars for the terrible communication, especially for an online business.

Buying almost 500$ worth, No store pick up option, no free shipping option,I called local location, they cannot order it for me. They want me to call after 3days. Did not even asked for name or phone number. The manager spoke to me and they have to call the main office for this. Step up your service. Footlocker still the best.

Reviewers for this store are not wrong. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. First of all, it wouldn't hurt the girl behind the counter to smile just a smidge. As soon as I seen her I thought to myself .... I hope I don't get her but of course I did. I could never understand why a person would choose a job that they're not fit for. If you are going to work in the field of customer service, be prepared for what it involves.I ordered a Northface hoodie through JD Sports online. I had to return it so naturally I went into the store, drove all the way to West Edmonton Mall only to have this very non-friendly employee cut me off before I even had the words " I would like to do a return" out of my mouth. When I asked her if she knew how much it would cost to do the return online I simply got a "I don't know". Thanks for nothing. Why do you even work here?I guess I should have researched how to do a return from this store before I even purchased from here however I've never heard of a storefront that don't do returns physically at the store and I didn't expect to get such horrible customer service. If you don't do returns, that's fine, but at least know how to explain it to the customer and put a damn smile on your face!Will never order from here again and hope all these horrible reviews catch up to you.

Worst Place to buy shoes. I ordered 3 nike shoes online and it said that it will be delivered within 1-7 days. But after waiting more than 15 days there was no update and on 16th day they shipped one of my shoes and refunded the money for the other two. But when i placed the order it clearly said that both of them were available. Thank you for wasting my time. If you guys are that dumb that you need 15-16 days to check your inventory and hold customers money for more than 2 weeks then clearly you guys should do something else rather than selling shoes.
