We've used Jays towing a few times now. This last time it was for our truck that had some mechanical problems on the highway in between edmonton and leduc. They were quick to respond to our call and got our truck towed ata reasonable price for the distance that they had to do it. Jared was very polite and answered the questions we still had about the service. Each time we have used this company we have been impressed and happy with the service

Service was great from initial call, to towing and final paper work. 5 stars service. Pricing was surprising, beside towing and storage fees, There is a $100 administration fee + gate fees. basically the invoice is 10-20% more than some other places. It's not even after hours. So will definitely do a quote next time ahead.

Excellent service! I called them at 1:30 in the middle of the night after another towing company let me down. I received prompt and courteous service. I was given a timeframe of 1.5 hours for the towtruck to arrive, but it came within an hour. The job was completed smoothly and the price was very reasonable.Service: Car towing

I made an appoint which was never made with them and which the customer service was very rude. I tried to find the address where they guy hanged up because he did not wanna wait for me to look for them. I would look else where for a better towing company where they value there customer.Service: Local hauling
