Always push non necessary maintenance by text.
If you are Prime make sure you tell them everytime or they will charge you full price as if they didn’t know.
Most mech are great but at least one have anger issue and isn’t respectful
If you use your free service included with the prime membership expect it to be half done as they do it much quicker when you don’t pay full price. Even tho the service should be the same

If you want to get ripped off, these are the perfect mechanics for that. Called them to diagnose a vehicle air conditioning issue for $180 (prepaid over phone). Mechanic showed up, unprepared, only to tell me to take it to an A/C shop, knowing what they were coming to diagnose. Called to get a refund, and got turned down.. Money thrown out

A wonderful experience! Service was fast, friendly and professional. Grant was great to deal with. He fixed my problem right away, showed up exactly when he said he would, and told me what I need to do moving forward. The person on the phone was also very friendly and helpful. Living thirty minutes out of town, Instamek saved me having to tow my car into town. I have a membership and am very glad I bought one.

You guys never called me back for the concern i had post inspection. Paid around 190$ and was not worth it at all. New to edmonton and made me feel less for moving here.

We had our truck die on us last week. It would not start, though it was trying. We’d only replaced the battery back in December and it was plugged in over the cold snaps so we knew that wasn’t the issue. Had it towed back to our house and today Ryan came out to do a diagnostic for us. Honestly we were expecting the worst, it turned out to be a burnt out fuse that he would never have noticed if he hadn’t started checking. Super convenient and very thorough work. Grant jump started my car's starter relay and my car would start from ignition again. I appreciate the work and I got exactly what I wanted. He was professional, quick, and got the job done and I highly recommend.
I have a 2006 Hyundai Elantra that wouldn't start. Head lights are on, turn signal blinkers were on but no ignition from key. I'm probably gonna have to replace the starter relay just to be sure.
