Inks N Stuff is fast, efficient and quick to make things right. A package of toner went missing and they were very quick to send us a replacement package immediately. I enjoy dealing with them.

Over the past 10 years or so, working with Scott Townsend of Inks N Stuff has always been a pleasure. Scott not only knows his way around our range of plotters and makes every effort possible to find parts for our ancient equipment, he always manages to keep us up and running. Ordered through Best Buy, said it was in stock on the website, received an automated email the next day saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have enough stock. Why was it not just offered as a back order at the same price, with a new delivery date? Very poor.

In addition to being a couple of great guys, Scott and Rob provide incredible customer service.I manage two medical clinics and before Inks N Stuff I was spending way too much of my time dealing with printer and printer supply issues. With their help, I know that I always have what I need on hand.If there are any issues they deal with it quickly and don't give up until the issue is resolved. They don't disappear after the contract is signed.It has been a great partnership. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I ordered the Ergonomic Chair with Adjustable Headrest 3D Flip-up Armrests directly from “Inks N Stuff”, which this company was selling on Amazon for $205.99 until the day when the price went up to $299.99. When I contacted “Inks N Stuff” directly and asked whether they could still sell me this chair for $205.99, I received a response from Scott Townsend, a president of “Inks N Stuff” stating that he would honor me that deal. However, when I received the chair, I was shocked to find out that it was a totally different from the one I ordered and which I could get for $149. When contacted the seller, Scott Townsend, at first, he started denying that he even sells the type of chair that I’m claiming I’ve ordered. Then he added that the chair matched the description on the invoice, which didn't have its picture or mentioned the manufacturer's name. And he kept the chair's description is as general as possible. So, I sent him a screenshot from Amazon.ca showing that he's selling it now for $309.99. Within seconds he took it off from Amazon site as well as the list of other items he sells there. Then he wrote that I could return it if I didn't open the box. But of course, I had to open the box to see the content since there was no picture of the chair on the box. He then wrote that he would contact a supplier and make a return arrangement. However, nothing has been done. I have no doubt that the seller was dishonest from the very start, that he never intended to fulfil my order and just wanted to substitute the chair which I ordered for a much cheaper one. What is more outrageous is that this seller tried to take an advantage at the time when most stores have been locked up and people are stuck to mail-in orders. I was smart enough to pay for this chair with my credit card instead of email transfer, which he was pushing me for. So I contacted my credit card company and was credited for the full amount Scott defrauded me of. But I want people to be aware of business practice of this seller to make sure that they don't become victims of his dishonesty and deception.P.S. Since in his response bellow Scott Townsend has chosen to continue with his lies, I'm also attaching the invoice for this product he had sent me so that everyone can see how perfectly it fits the description of the chair that I ordered (see photo) while there is NO picture on it (as he falsefully claims) and there is NO name of the manufacturer whereas on the box the manufacturer's name "Moustache" is quite clear. Once I published the review, Scott called me and tried to intimidate me by saying that I "should be very careful what I write in my reviews". But he will not succeed in intimidating me because he knows very well - what I write here is true. So while he can come up in his imagination with all the lies he wants in his efforts to save his reputation, he must take a full responsibility for his deceptions and his greed.

The service team that comes out to service our equipment are very helpful and professional. So happy to have found a great company for our toner and printer needs. Landrex Ventures approached Inks N Stuff a year ago and we are absolutely pleased with the quality of service we have received so far. Not only did they meet with us to understand our concern, but they took a look at our current printer and found ways to save us cost and time. As a small business starting out, we purchased a printer from Staples, only to realize that our toners each month would cost $100 or more. Not only did they save money with toners, but they provided a better featured printer, offering things like mobile printing (being able to print from your phone), double sided printing, and an automatic notification to re-order ink when supplies are low. The prices absolutely fantastic and shipment of new toners were fast & easy to install. We are so grateful to them for listening to our needs and providing a holistic solution to Landrex Ventures printing. We would highly recommend to approach them, no matter what size of your business as they have solutions for everyone.
