Does not have a sign on there door indicating no food or drink and no policy stating as such either. If your going to kick people out over a drink at least have your policy posted, this is extremely poor business practice and everyone I was sending there will no longer be going because they dont make there policies clear when you enter the store.
The quality of the products is also terrible, we got keychains that fell apart the day we got them and the posters are just as bad of quality.

I love this store.Coming to it makes me ecstatic and the quality and quantity of the toys are amazing and are better than many other stores. The owner and other staff are nice and help you quickly and are also much more friendly than other staff. The decoration is great and the toys are also incredible.Once I went to the store, and they had an amazing selection of toys. I bought a Darth Vader helmet and it is perfect and doesn't fall apart like any of the other reviews.The staff there are all very friendly and help you with anything you need and are looking for.This store is an incredible place in the mall and I highly recommend going to it.

Went in looking for Sonny angels and asked the worker at the front, he answered me in a very passive and irritated manner and seemed Incredibly annoyed that me and my friends were in the shop. Bad experience

Essentially ZERO notice that their products are no refunds, and the prices are 2X of some online retailers.My experience:I purchased a plush toy as a gift for $40, and then after leaving the store did some online research and found the exact same toy for half the price.When I went to return it (about 10 minutes after purchase), they said they don't do refunds, and only do in store exchange. And based on the price of this item, everything in the store is probably grossly overpriced.There was NO verbal notice of this policy upon purchase, and NO written mention of this policy on the receipt.The staff pointed to a small paper sign on the opposite side of the register, which was placed inconspicuously and amongst a lot of toys and clutter on the desk, so it was very easy to miss, and they didn't gesture to it in any way during my purchase.If you find a product here that you like, I strongly recommend looking online for alternatives, as they are likely heavily overpriced at Imagine Plus Toys.I'm in full support of buying "local", and paying a small premium for that, but I'm not in support of this perhaps unintentionally deceitful business practice.

Bought two Mario plushies there both of which turned out to be bad replicas of officially licensed product. Anything sold by Nintendo has an official seal, buyer beware. Don't support stores that sell fakes, that is fraud plain and simple.

Was so excited to find a Venom Funko at the store a few days ago. $34.99 was more than I like to pay for a Funko, but I'm a big Venom fan, so I got it. Took it to work today to put it on my desk, and the head came off in my hand. Closer examination showed that the head had been glued on, or at least attempted. Disgusted. Check your purchases before you leave.

Products here almost all unofficial, which is fine, but not at those outrageous prices.Staff is not friendly and for the angry old lady who thought I was Korean ... I'm not and I know exactly what you were saying.

It was an amazing toy store and I also had a nice shopping experience because I had time and freedom to choose since I don't feel pressured by their staff. It was a bright and welcoming place that invites you to buy adorable toys. I would come back here again since this was the closest to our neighborhood.

They have a bunch of great collectibles, however you may be able to find a better deal for some statues at other stores like GameStop.

One staff is kinda bein rude bro, like i went to the counter to pay.So i handed him a money and what he does is just grab my money and gives me changes, and doesn't speak. I got upset, drove to the home and i just realized that the $7 my hero academia part 2 figure was a fake! So be carful when your buying stuffs.
