Just visited IFurniture today and purchased a new set of living room furniture. We have purchased furniture before from IFurniture before for our basement, and have been very happy with it.They have many options and honestly the prices cant be beat.I feel like the quality great for the price paid.Also, they are no pressure. Salesman offers to help, but unlike other stores ...cough cough... the brick... they dont stalk you around the store pushing to make a sale. we were able to look around and enjoy our shopping experience.Today we were helped with our purchase by Joe. After we left we were walking to our vehicle when he came out after us, realizing there was another discount we were eligible for, and refunded us the amount of the discount. I was blown away at this service and professionalism.I am and will be a returning customer

We bought the Maxx sofa set in October 2023. By January 2024 the couch cushions had gone flat, the corner of one cushion has completely fallen into the frame and you can feel the entire frame of the couch through the flattened filling. This couch which is only used by husband and myself, did not even last a full 4 months. I am very disappointed and will not shop here again. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for! I can't even use the 1 year warranty because I misplaced my invoice while moving in and renovating my home!

After the furniture salesman at The Brick in south common warned us against shopping at ifurniture. We decided to pay them a visit anyways. The Brick was expensive for what we were looking for. At first impressions. We were not that impressed by what we saw on entry, but as we wandered deeper into the warehouse space we became optimistic. No high pressure salesman either. At The Brick. The salesman tracked us from the moment we entered all the way to the mattress section. Not a short distance and he closed in quickly before we even had a chance to have a look. Ifurniture salesman greeted us and asked us if we needed any help, just flag one of them down. This gave us a chance to have a look around. This is a huge space with plenty of items to choose from. Whether you’re a young buyer on a budget to higher end furniture. There’s something for everyone. I like to say higher end without the high end price. We ended up looking through the warehouse twice because we kept finding things we missed the first time. There’s a lot of unique furniture here and it’s easy to miss things the. I was really impressed with the variety. My gf bought a couple pieces for herself and didn’t break the bank. The chair pictured is super comfortable and sturdy. We were amazed that the price was only 49 bucks. Crazy. Something similar at the Brick was 250.00. Here nightstand was only 179.00. The similar piece at The Brick was 399.00. Huge savings. The only drawback is that you need to drive to another warehouse for pickup, but thankfully it’s not far away. Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes depending on how busy they are for pickup.So I put aside a couple hours to assemble these pieces. I was amazed that both pieces came mostly fully assembled. Only had to attach the feet. Very impressive & so is the quality. No buyers remorse here. We will be back as their stock is constantly being restocked and rotated with new items.I would highly suggest going here before any of the big box stores. Take your time looking around. It’s easy to miss what you might be looking for.

Great prices, easy to order, and then pick up from the warehouse. The store appears a little dirty and unkept but doesn't matter when you are paying a fraction of what other places charge.
