Good reputation, not great phone etiquette. Called about my rear differential but couldn’t get helped without my VIN#. I emailed it in, plus a request for a booking. That was over a week ago, still haven’t heard back.
Only reason I’m not posting less stars is that the Hursts were family friends of my Dad and I know they’re good people.

One of the best shops ever. I would highly recommend Joe and his group of skilled technicians to anyone including family, and have. Honest, efficient, great pricing, and customer service above and beyond! A family company that is truly run the way a service based outfit should be! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! Ten stars if I could! Joe and Bob are honest and reliable. I cannot ask for anything more out of a mechanic! I was asked to do a variety of work on my car since I bought it, and every time I bring it to Hurst, they do what's needed only. I don't know a lot about mechanics, so they could have done everything that was recommended to me from someone else and I wouldn't have known any different. I also went to them when my engine died completely - Joe suggested that even though it's over 100,000 km, I check with the dealership because of on going issues known to the manufacturer about my engine. I now have a brand new, warrantied engine. All service and repairs in my future are going to Hurst!! Thank you!

This place is Fantastic!!!! had my 90K service done here & it was a fantastic experience. Being a woman I am always leery that car places take advantage in doing stuff that really didn't need done or scaring you into thinking it needs to be done. Not this place, Bob was great in explaining everything & also told me of future items we will keep an eye on. Price was exceptional & service was exceptional as well. I have been using the services of Joe and his staff at Hurst Auto for about 5 years now and I have had great HONEST service everytime.They only fix what needs to be fixed and at reasonable prices too.For a while, I thought they were good to me because I am a nice guy. I will never use another repair shop again. These guys aren't just good at what they do, they are masters at what they do. Joe the owner, Bob in the front office were a blessing and pleasure to deal with. Not only did they help me take care of a sick friends vehicle but they did it out of kindness and went so far above and beyond anything I could have expected that I literally don't have words to properly express my gratitude. They could have easily told me no like the other 20 repair shops I went to, but Joe and Bob found a way. They saved us thousands of dollars, saved us countless hours and the owner didn't know me at all before I walked in that day for help. He called in a personal favour just for this to be able to get done and again, I will never service my vehicle or anyone's i know anywhere but with Joe from now on. If you are reading this, go find out how great these guys are. They are usually quite busy and there are waits but you'll never have to doubt the quality of there work, you'll never have to doubt there integrity and honesty on quotes and the work they do and you'll always be sure is top notch.
