What a waste of money. Barely any soap came out and it did not remove any dirt from my vehicle. Instead, it left a disgusting film all over my vehicle…$15 spent and my vehicle looks dirtier than when I drove it onto the car wash. Please do not waste your money or time here.

I just had the worst experience I have ever had at any business that I have had the misfortune of attempting to work with. After using this location often, I will never go back and recommend that everyone avoids it.
I prepay $10 at a bay and the high pressure soap function does not work. Only water comes out. I speak to an employee, who tries to tell me that these spray guns do not spray soap. I've been to this location close to a dozen times; I can assure you that it does. I am told that they cannot issue refunds.
They give me tokens to try another bay. The second bay does not spray soap either (1 token gone). The third bay doesn't spray soap either (2 tokens gone).
I go to the employee again, who tries a bay on the opposite side and it sprays soap. At this stage I have 4 tokens to somehow soap and rinse my entire car. I finish soaping and run out of tokens, so I ask for additional. I am adamantly refused additional tokens and told I must purchase more. At this point I'm tired of banging my head against a wall and I leave, car all soapy. Avoid this place like the plague.

Great Hughes car wash location. Excellent service and hospitality. Only draw back is leaving the dang place. The constant traffic and congested roads don’t make it easy.

Signs says they accept coins, but they actually arent. Totally misleading. Didnt even clean my car properly. Not worth it for $$ i spent

For the truck wash side. This place is absolutely trash. Thirty dollars didn't even come close the cleaning my truck. Soap was super watery and didn't really do anything. The brush was run down and needed to be replaced.

Been coming here for years. Notice my lately when you use the “rinse” option soap continues to come out. Costing you quite a bit as it seems like your car isn’t rinsed. Unhappy and will go to the other southside location going forward

This car wash sucks. Anyone that thinks differently has never been to a quality car wash before or is simply supporting their friends location with a false review. The pressure sucks, the soap sucks, it doesn't remove road film from your vehicle. Also the payment service is a scam. You have to guess how much time/money is required to wash. If you're done early you cannot cancel and get refunded , you simply forfeit the remaining balance to Hughes. Will not go to again.

Well run, well organized self-serve car wash- you do not need tokens you can just pay with a debit or credit card.

Too many idiots lined up for the truck and rv wash with a bloody small suv. Do better.
