Sterling in the Rodd & Gunn men’s section was phenomenal!!! Probably one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! Knowledgable, kind, and not pushy. Best part, you can tell he loves what he does. It shows his passion in his work. Will come down from Calgary again to shop with him!

I made a purchase on August 22, and the staff guided me to get an anchor financial card to receive 15% cash back on my first order. It took me an hour to register. Then I received an email on August 28 and I went back to the customer service counter at 11:10 on August 29, the employee asked me to do the steps, and it took me more than 1 hour, the employee was not good at procedures. The program asked me to do a lot of work. As a result, she told me to continue waiting. People should not make Neo cards because the system is too bad, it takes too much of customers' time, and is ineffective

One of the only places that has F1 merch. Otherwise I would never go in here. Very odd place and it's unnecessarily difficult to find a staffed cash counter when attempting to pay.
