I politely asked the store manager about the return policy and he was incredibly rude and frankly didn’t know what he was talking about because I called other stores and they gave me different answer. I’ll never shop here again. The reason I called is because I bought an area rug two months ago and it’s falling apart already. Terrible products terrible management team . You deserve zero stars

I went today Monday 19 February 2024 Novia treated me horrible, I had a return and she was looking at her watch. Giving me actitud, made me put all my decir out and rolling her eyes on me. This behaviour shouldn’t be allowed at any store. I’m more than upset the way she treated me. And I won’t return to this location.

I had a terrible experience today with this tall Indian girl Navi that worked at the cash register. Upon entering the store i caught a glimpse of her just yawning with her mouth wide open at the register. When i came to pay, she was so cold and unhelpfull and she had poor communication skills. When i asked if i could please get a bag, her response was "you have to pay for a bag" and then pause.....no eyes contact, no smile. Instead of atleast saying the bags are behind you, you can pick one.....nothing. Then when i tried to put the bigger item in the bag, she saw me strugling with a bag....she just stood there bored and sleepy instead having humility of helping. I have never seen such a cold person. When i politely asked if she can put some kind of wraping on the statue i bough, she just said she coule not help, i had to suggest some kind of wrapping paper, and her coworker even suggested two different kind of garbage bags that were right there in front of her under the register. No imagimation, no suggestion...terrible. Then, when i tried to reason with her, her prepackaged answer was "sorry??..." trying to make me repeat myself several times, after i spoke loud and clear. Spineless, irresponsible, deflective and passive-aggresive. She even rolled her eyes at some point, when i requested for someone else to process my payment, you know almost like saying "me too good and inoccent for this world and you people who annoy me" Terrible.

On New Years Eve I was devastated to see that a dog was allowed to walk around the store. No, it wasn't a service dog. Is there an absolute guarantee that product hasn't been peed on? I go to a store to buy pristine product. I don't expect to be confronted by a dog in a store that's not a pet store.
