Always have a good experience here. The store is clean and the rewards program is good (every 10th bag of food is free, 10% off Tues, etc)
The staff are courteous and the aisle have lots of room. Great place for pet needs!

We ordered products from this company, and all went well until the courrier (once again) messed things up.
I contacted Customer Service and received excellent support. Order was submitted once again using a different delivery service with no added charge, a great price (and more reliable courier service) for shipping of future orders, of which there most certainly will be!

But sometimes the prices doesn't match the items.They need more organization.
But variety of organic and different manufacture of pit supplies.Prices are nice too.

I’ve been ordering dog food from this company for the past two years, with my orders set to auto-ship every two months. Recently, I manually placed a new order and discovered that it was $10 cheaper than my old subscription, due to both a sale and a subscription discount. When I contacted customer service to ask why my older subscription was more expensive, they claimed that customers can only benefit from either the sale discount or the subscription discount—never both. However, when I recalculated my new order, I clearly received both discounts, which explains the $10 price difference.
In short, this company takes advantage of subscription members by not updating the real-time prices for recurring orders. They charge the regular price on all future recurring shipments, even if the product is on sale when the order is processed. This practice is unfair to subscription members, and I believe it should be addressed.

Just a huge pet store and really set out well.Massive amount of stock so I defy anyone to step inside and not come out with something. Friendly helpful staff too.
