Low quality appartments with bedbugs infestation. Very stupid decision to put carpet flooring in a such appartments. Their noname pest control crony contractor is not able to eliminate bedbugs and just coming for a weekly routine spraying with no long term result since they are not opening the space under carpet flooring. Appartments require renovation and removal of this stupid carpets

The communication from residence managers about changes in day to day things like garbage collection or policies regarding parking spots etc... has gone down hill since we moved here 5 years ago. If you're not sure who to contact about an issue there's very little information on how to find that out and I always seem to contact the wrong person no matter what.

So fed up been having a back and forth with a leasing agent for 2 weeks right through the holidays im on AISH and been getting the runaround for a criminal record check I gave him all the info twice. I have a few very old offenses from like 17 years ago no violence or drugs and a more recent 2 years ago mischief which i got a fine for . Now they want me to pay 70 i cant afford to get it done. They wonder why we have record homeless this is why ive payed my debts to society but cant find a place to live

The maintenance guy in Primrose went above and beyond my expectations. I phoned the office with my concerns in my unit and in 30 minutes someone came and fixed all my issues, he took off his shoes and listened to my concerns and finished promptly. I recommended Home Ed to anyone who wants to deal with exceptional tenant service. Housing is very affordable for my budget too.

I live in Clearmount court since June 2022 It was very easy to apply I was desperate for a place to move in and they did thire best to have me move in in short notice.it’s a Pretty and clean property!Very professional management. Every time there’s an issues at the house they will fix it with in 24 hours or less from the time I notified the office . There’s a swimming pool,gym, train station grocery store with in 3 min walk….. Neighbors are super friendly.If you have a family with toddlers and puppies that’s the best place for you !! I’m putting this review because I believe this company deserved to be heard For all the nice things they have done.

phoned them multiple times to just get the same answer someone will call you back Called every three days for 5 weeks straight as I’m desperately trying to find a home for me and my kids never once got a call back and now the units on the side of town I need all all unavailable when I first got the email units were available I started calling how is this fair!! Absolute joke to try and deal with!!!

Company is a joke phone them multiple times to just get the same answer "I'll pass it on and someone will get back to you" to not get a call ever very unprofessional I wouldn't suggest renting from them. They don't awnser emails either.

He was able to quickly find an apartment that exactly met our needs, quickly processed document approval, provided detailed instructions for connecting services, and gave the keys to the apartment in a timely manner.He is a very friendly and polite person.
