The staff has been extremely helpful, whether it be regarding ordering online to pick-up, or doing a special order for supplies I was looking for that they don't normally carry. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and I cannot recommend this location enough.

Every single staff member that has helped us has been so helpful, informative and kind. Customer service is top notch. From the time we started our ostomy journey, (completely overwhelmed), they walked us through the products and provided us with helpful information regarding care challenges we faced along the way. Their file system is impressive, and as a result their service is incredibly personalized.

This place carries bacteriostatic water and this stuff is hard to find. Store is super organized and has so much product. Staff was really nice to and helped me find everything I was looking for and give some advice too.

We are happy to be a customer of home care surgical Aspen, Staff are very accommodating , very helpful ,always happy and willing to serve. Specially The staff named Lyanne who always accept my phone call was very polite and professional. And with it comes to products it has a good quality and always arrived on timely manner.
