This place makes the BEST Ukrainian sausage in YEG, hands down! Many others others such as the infamous Stawnichy’s uses unhealthy fillers and nitrates. They’re subpar but slimy.Marchyshyn’s uses simple and traditional ingredients to curate dry, authentic, delicious sausage & pepperoni.

With all respect to Stawnichy’s, which I know many people love (and I like as well), Marchyshyn’s kubasa is simply the best. Wonderful texture, fabulous seasoning. I’ve enjoyed Marchyshyn’s for over 55 years.
