Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went to pick up a Purolator package, the east Indian girl gave me nothing but strange looks as I continued to tell her I was here to pick up my package. She finally clued in and took me to a pile of boxes on the floor right beside the entrance. She fumbled around and finally pointed to my box which was sideways on the floor. She had zero communication skills and just creeped me out. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Check the items you are picking up before buying them, both times I’ve gone here they had expired items on the shelves. I notified them that they had expired food last year when I returned expired beef jerky and looked at some random other items. Just went again today and they are continuing to sell expired food to customers.

Lol what an embarrassment of a business . I would suggest NOT going here for anything especially picking up a purolator package . When the “manager” can’t find it she will question why you didn’t answer the door. When you ask why there is NO organization after waiting for 20 mins she will throw her hands in your face and tell you she doesn’t need to learn from you . Honestly there is packages just in the middle of the floor by the entrance. Super easy to steal . She is too busy playing on her phone to care of try to organize and clean up. Obviously the employees can’t handle the extras the “high end convenience “ try’s to take on. Lol .

This place is the worst they need to shut them down. I went to send money through western union. I used my Debt Credit Card which happen to be PC Financial Debit MC. I did my transaction which went through fine. At the end as I walking away the clerk stops me to say that I used my credit card which I didn’t. It was Debit Credit Card Which happens to be MC. Like most debit cards now a day which have a charge provider either MC or Visa. He proceed to call me a liar!!! He called his manager whom he said is some TD manager I didn’t care who he was. They wanted me to pay an additional $5.00 dollars for the transaction. I basically told them to kick rocks. I wasn’t paying more money on top the $10.00 fee I was already charge because you think I used my credit card. A wonderful man in the line could seen my frustration and ended up paying the fee which he really shouldn’t have had to do. I will never go back there. I advise anyone using WU to download the app and to go somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

I would not recommend this store. They sell snacks that are expired and do not restock after the expiry date. Be careful what you buy and check the expiry date before purchase. I would not want anyone to get sick.?(my fault for not looking at the expiry date) first time there and would not go back.
