“We recently purchased Emtek door hardware from Spec hardware, 10 glass knobs and 12 Norwich knobs, all in polished nickel. Navi was very helpful in advising us on our purchase. Our order arrived promptly. During installation we discovered that 2 of our Norwich knob’s were faulty. We contacted Navi and she immediately handled the issue and ordered new knobs. The new knobs were here in 2 weeks. We love all our door knobs! We are grateful to have a small business here in Edmonton with such a large display of merchandise. We were able to view everything in person before ordering. We will definitely return whenever we need door or cabinet hardware. Special thanks to Navi.”
“Bought a water table for gardening outside on line, it would not go together right, phoned the store, very helpful went to our local store in Edmonton by the time i got there they had the whole thing laid out from one in their store , and i showed them the part they gave me the right part and off I went home put it together works great , staff was phenominal and products are of highest quality , and if something is wrong they will help make it right”

“Requiring a couple of slices in my living room carpet repaired I went to Carpetlayers Supplies and they gave me good advice. It cost me 3.94$ in material to fix it myself. I called another location and they offered to come fix it for 240$! They're honest and care about customers. Highly recommend.”

“Great place for all purpose things. I've found so much here from arrow heads to animal traps. Go karts and mini bulldozers. Even a 430cc sawmill! The help is ok, the front staff is quite good and there return and exchange policy is second to none. I highly recommend going here. I've even found Tails light bulbs for a VW passat. There is plenty of parking and there are several locations. They offer online purchases and in store pick up as well as delivery. Just missing one star as I've several times had to deal with employees that made their problems mine. Other than that, all good!!!”

“Excellent service. Got a paint match and advice about touch ups and ceiling stains. Collin the manager there was awesome. He matched the paint and it was a little dark, went back and tweaked it for me. He showed me the new sample dried onto the sample I brought in. Im an oil painter who loves color and I couldn't tell where the new paint started and the old paint ended. He helped pick out something for my price range too. Highly recommended.”

“An excellent experience. I had been all over town looking for this cheap little plastic piece and couldn't find it anywhere. Even though the potential sale was worth next to nothing, Patrick took the time to look deeply through the system inventory as well as the shelves to see if there was another solution to the problem and/or check in case the computer had missed something. I never got the sense that I was any sort of an inconvenience, and left the store with as much of the solution as he could provide as well as a full understanding of what I needed to complete it, why I was having trouble finding such a thing, and where I could likely turn one up. “I have been shopping and receiving excellent customer service from many dedicated, hard working , talented and willing to walk extra miles daily from the the following associates from different departments, these associates are providing superb service to builders, contractors, tradesmen, individuals with creative solutions if asked. These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation.
