Been sitting outside this store for the past 50 minutes waiting for them to open. It’s 45 minutes past what their hours show and no one is here. If their hours have changed they have done a terrible job communicating that to customers. I don’t see anything on their Facebook page.

Nice selection of clothes for kids and infants like Hugo boss tracksuits. Really nice family that runs the place. Totally recommend checking it out.

Used to come here often, is it under new management now?Old lady at the front is VERY RUDE, GRUMPY AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!People here used to be very friendly and happy what happened? I was just there today and they don’t know how customer service works I asked for and item and size when I said i think it looks a bit smalll the old LADY yelled and said WHAT?? WHAT SMALL?? SMALL???? Then walked and no one bothered to help me at all.Im surprised this store stayed in business with that kind of attitude.

I was in to buy wedding attire for little kids (not mine), so there were a few hiccups with sizing and exchanging. That said, the staff at Hansel & Gretel (3 different employees) were all extremely helpful and accommodating. The manager was especially attentive to making everything perfect and provided excellent customer service. Thanks so much to all of you for making a potentially stressful situation go so smoothly!

I worked here for years and I cannot recommend this store enough for your kid/teen's brand name clothing needs! The owner's are so sweet and accommodating. Fancy to casual! Shop local!
