My friend was trying something on, I was in there with her, the guy said 1 to a room, so I said ok, and left, when she had her outfit on I went in to look at her and the curtain was open enough to see us, and he started yelling at me and telling me to wait outside, bad service from the males, the girls were super nice to us though!

The women working in the fitting room is racist. She totally ignored my friend and me as if we were ghost.Now I see from the reviews on the racism left here. This was a well-known store for racism. I emailed the head office and they don't seem willing to even improve.

Escorted to a change room with a spilled Starbucks cup. Not only did my socks and shoes get soaked in artificial pink drink everything I tried on touched the floor. Why not close down a room drenched in Starbucks. 0/10 if I could I'd ask for dry cleaning for the pants I tried on clothes in I would. I am not asking the absentee attendeesmaybe they're over workwd. Okay, place, but the staff seemed easily irritated, hurried, and overworked. When asked to do a price check, the attending cashier was reluctant. Also, it was in December 2023, and they should have told us the items were final sales and no refunds if they were red stickered for clearance. We did not know that until we tried to return some items at another location. Staff, try to let people know if an item is final sale.

Customer service often lacks but one night in the last half hour an associate was told she couldn’t call a store looking for a size because they needed her on the floor cleaning . Wow .

Have to say that this is the second time that I've had a most pleasant, rewarding, and fulfilling shopping experience.Knowledgable staff, as one employee in particular, who was Transgender, was very polite, respectful, and seemed to do her job quite well. They knew where certain sizes were, and they made me feel quite comfortable in my shopping experience! I have to admit that there was one quite rude customer, who clearly is quite biased, discriminatory, as well as quite inhumane in their approach towards this individual, behind a computer screen nonetheless. I have to say this employee made me feel quite welcome, and this world can use more heartening people like them?.LOVE ?

The employees are literally stupid they know nothing. Dont bother asking a single question they wont know the answer or they will just make something up thats not even true. Ill stick to online from now on. Also they let boys who wear dresses work here and its gross. Literal she shrek. Nasty.

I asked one of the ladies to help me take shorts of a mannequin because it was exactly my size while there was only one left on the rack and it was 5x my size. I apologized for the hassle and she was nice enough to help me, and then headed straight to the fitting room. But, I don’t think she realized I was in there because while I was trying on the clothes I had picked out, she came in to the fitting room and started telling her co-worker that some customer had asked her for shorts on a mannequin and that it was really annoying . I wasn’t upset because I get work days can be tiring and so I didn’t say anything but I’m writing this so that maybe employees avoid talking about that stuff in the fitting room haha ?

Hated the fitting room, it was dirty and messy, plus there where 2 men sitting inside the fitting room sitting on a bench,i felt very uncomfortable undressing while men wacth close to the ugly fitting room, that only has a curtain as a door, very disgusting.

I actually like H&M and I appreciate the workers! They actually help and can tell me where things are. Except for the mens side, there is never anyone there to help.Also why is there a dressing room and register on the mens side that hasn't been in use for over a year?I don't know what that's about but they need to get it fixed or something because the lines are always so long and it would be a lot faster if there were two different ones.I come here a lot and I swear to god it's like the mens side doesn't exist to the workers?.Also I do hear the workers sometimes talking bad about each other on the walkie talkies. ??♀️

As of today i was there, i asked couple workers are they have any Christmas sweaters,they don’t know! It is ridiculous!Store was busy and they just open one cashier!
