I just bought a dress on Nov.14 & my bad i did not go to fitting room. I go back the same day and its just after 2 hours and i go back to return it and i pleased the manager if i could return it. I was pertaining to these filipino manager duty on Nov 14. She decline to return coz its final sale and she even told me just to sell it to marketplace.The cashier told me she can give me store credit but the moment she come she didnt offer anything! She just said No and she said she is the ONLY manager to decide...

The store manager Alona completely contradicted the terms and conditions of the receipt. I had an exchange 2 months past the purchase date and drove 3 hours to the closest H&M to exchange (which I was purchasing quite a lot over the $ value of the return). She kept insisting it was her decision to decline the exchange, although the receipt clearly states store credit or exchange past 30 days. I wasn’t mad until she decided to answer the phone whilst I was explaining I already knew the terms of returns and exchanges. If the area team reads this message, I strongly recommend you connect with her on how to appropriately address customer complaints and maybe let her read the back of the receipt so she knows what hill to stand on.

You get exactly what you pay for. Their fleece sweaters are so cheaply made I now have lint all over my stuff I can’t even wash it with any other clothing. Straight up trash I’m never shopping there again. If I could give zero I would. What a disgrace!

i havnt been i this store for while.Today i went to the wem for summer shopping with my daughters.My yongest one liked a hair clip from this store so we went to checkout line and during the transaction the cashir asked for my email adress so i gave to her then she ask my birth year and im like em i at goverment place or docter office.Why they asking people for their birth year it just clothing ? Then i told her my birth year and finished my transaction when i turn back to leave the line the lady behind me was looking at me like when did you have your kids youre so young.And i felt so bad and uncoftable.what kind of system is this who choose to make it this way.All other companys they either ask for phone number or email address.H&M please change your system.

My partner and I had an extremely intimidating experience with an employee named 'Kervin' in the fitting room today. He was impolite, aggressive and really rude while dealing with us. He came up to my Fiancé's face in a threatening manner asking her if she had a problem. When we complained to the manager Gerald, he never apologized and sided with his employee casting doubts about the employee's behaviour. When asked about the footage near the fitting room areas, there were no cameras to review to know the facts. We felt extremely unsafe with the intimidated by this employee.

My friend was trying something on, I was in there with her, the guy said 1 to a room, so I said ok, and left, when she had her outfit on I went in to look at her and the curtain was open enough to see us, and he started yelling at me and telling me to wait outside, bad service from the males, the girls were super nice to us though!

The women working in the fitting room is racist. She totally ignored my friend and me as if we were ghost.Now I see from the reviews on the racism left here. This was a well-known store for racism. I emailed the head office and they don't seem willing to even improve.

Escorted to a change room with a spilled Starbucks cup. Not only did my socks and shoes get soaked in artificial pink drink everything I tried on touched the floor. Okay, place, but the staff seemed easily irritated, hurried, and overworked. When asked to do a price check, the attending cashier was reluctant. Also, it was in December 2023, and they should have told us the items were final sales and no refunds if they were red stickered for clearance. We did not know that until we tried to return some items at another location. Staff, try to let people know if an item is final sale.
