The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. They greeted me warmly and were well-informed about the products, providing detailed information and personalized recommendations. Their expertise and enthusiasm added to the overall positive shopping experience.
While the boutique offered an excellent shopping experience, the luxury nature of Gucci products comes with a high price tag. Eventually, I ended up buying a Gucci original sneakers and to this day I had zero issues with the quality or comfort.

Very nice store and I got great service. However, calling their number beforehand put me through to their call center in the US, which told me to drop off a Gucci watch at the store to get links added. This was not the case.... LSS Gucci needs to put their store phone number on Google to avoid the runaround.

I purchased a ring from this store, and within less than a month, one of the decorative crystals naturally fell off. Two days later, I went back to the store to request a repair. As soon as I walked in, an employee named Jay (who also seemed to be the manager) took my ring after I explained the situation and asked me to fill out the warranty form. While I was filling out the form, he barely looked at my ring and just glanced at it a few times before claiming that I had changed the color of the ring myself. In reality, it seemed that this employee was not familiar with his brand’s products, which come in different colors and designs. The ring I purchased has white, blue, and pink decorations. However, he casually made assumptions about a customer’s request for a repair without any proper examination. I have never encountered such a rude salesperson. Even after I explained that I bought the ring from this store and that the ring originally came this way, he insisted that I had changed the color myself. When he asked another employee for help, he continued to point at my ring and insist that I had altered the color.
Firstly, I wonder if he has done something like this himself, which led him to maliciously speculate that others would do the same. Secondly, it’s quite concerning that a manager is unaware of his own store’s products( Maybe this ring is just a small, ordinary item in his eyes, not worth his attention), which raises serious doubts about his professionalism. On the other hand, the other staffs who helped me were very polite. They thoroughly explained the repair process and confirmed that they were aware the ring comes in different designs and that I had not altered its color. This allowed me to resolve my issue quickly and move on with my day. Thirdly, it's clear that he lacked manners. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse him from being rude and making malicious assumptions about other customers. If he wasn’t having a bad day, I think he needs more training in both sales and management, as well as in improving his personal qualities and professionalism.
It's easy to say that his inexplicable attitude ruined what was otherwise a pleasant shopping experience. I paid for a ring, which had a quality issue that arose within a short period of time. As a consumer, returning the ring to Gucci for repair within the warranty period is something you explicitly state and promise both on the receipt and at the time of purchase. I have no idea where his attitude came from. Given his behavior, I don’t expect an apology, but I do hope he realizes that he’s a terrible person.

The Gucci experience here is a joke. You’re forced to wait outside like cattle behind a tattered, embarrassing rope—while the store is empty. Once inside, prepare for a shocking dose of reality: coffee cups scattered around, random shoe boxes tossed like someone’s personal closet. If you’re making us stand outside for an eternity, maybe clean up your mess before finally letting us in? This place is the definition of chaotic and unprofessional. For a brand that prides itself on luxury, this was a total disaster. Never again.

bad service of the salesman ,after no need,he said have a good day soon. at today afternoon . what s wrong with that guy? Really bad experience. Hasn't he been trained on how to serve? Do you still want the guests to pay the bill with this attitude?

Not a great customer service. Not a great return policy or warranty. No good collection either. When asked if the screws of the frames could be tightened after purchase, the answer is that they will have to take pictures of the frame in order to send to the other teams. Why would someone buy from here when being a big brand they can’t even show any confidence to the customer on their product. Not recommended

They never respond to appointment requests. It's not like I'm even inconveniencing an employee by phone. Just respond to you member account online invites, or don't offer them.
