Always friendly staff....hair cut depends on the stylist but they all do basic stuff perfectly for the price...
different locations have different prices so always call and check..also the corporate website deliberately does not mention prices...but there are always coupons .. posting this location's current prices

Worst cut ever. Asked for gentleman cut and ended up getting a buzz cut. Not at all what I wanted, not happy. Could have done this myself at home.

Hair is like a crown that you wear everyday, you feel the confidence on how to present yourself.I love Great Clips, I love their system of checking in and having a record of how they cut your hair from previous visits. Even when you go to other branches, they will have the records/notes on how they previously cut your hair in their system. That is how good they are. You don't have to explain over and over what hairstyle you want.In my case, Arti (hairstylist) said that I have no record of my previous cut which is impossible since I have been to the same branch before and my previous hairstylist used the notes on my record. Even after I requested a few times to her to please check the notes on my profile, Arti insisted there were no notes. And when I tried giving instructions on how I would like my hair cut, she did not listen to my instructions. She cut and cut in her own way until my hair was too short and not the style I wanted at all.Unfortunately my daughter also was assigned the same hairstylist, same thing, she is not happy with the results. I don't mind paying the regular amount but as long as you do it right. It looks like the stylist went for the volume of customers rushing the work, rather than the quality or customer satisfaction (probably because they are having a promo at that time), she doesn't care of what the outcome. The cut was not even and not cleaned on the sides. She even said, it's good and nice... maybe in her own world. I REALLY HATE MY HAIRCUT! I don't know if I'm going back to this branch again.

Worst hair solan location! I am regular client of Great Clip, however this is the worst location. Their hair stylist are very novice and had the worst haircut for my kids few times. Not sure I went there few times even after having worst experience. Probably because of the convenience location. Stay out of this location

I didnt want to even give them one star but thats the only way i could write a review i told the lady what i wanted 5 times and showed her a picture of it also multiple times and she didnt listen to me at all she cut it the way she wanted after i told her what i wanted now i have no choice but to give myself a buzz cut as its all.uneven and not even style able i went home to try and style it but it being all uneven theres no way to style it ill never go there again and will be telling everyone i know about this place

This is the closest haircut I can get to where I live, and I’ve gone here a handful of times over the last few years with medium success. Today was the last straw - what was supposed to be a trim and tidy-up turned into a generic Caesar cut before I really had time to register it, with easily 2-3 times the hair removed that I asked for. Only after the haircut did I realize an entire sideburn was missed as well.1 star, will not return and would recommend against it unfortunately.

Rude staff, hard to communicate, I am writing this review for the experience I had there a few year ago. Since then I never go back again.The young lady there should have some customer service training,and if she didn't feel good she should have a break,but not put the rudeness towards Innocent customer.:)
