I visited twice and received fantastic service each time. During my first visit, they were about to close, but the incredibly helpful Veronica welcomed us for our little one’s haircut. I was worried my child might cry or cause delays, but Veronica was so patient and positive throughout the experience
She ended up with a smile and we just loved her attitude and professionalism.
Because, right before this… We had an unexpected experience at the Ellerslie Corner Great Clips location. I checked in online through the app, and we arrived between 6:30 PM and 6:35 PM. Upon our arrival, both staff members gave us strange looks and said, 'We are closed. We need 20 minutes to finish closing our shift
What about locations where only one person handles closing, like the Chappelle location or possibly others? On Friday, I checked a few locations and ended up at Chappelle, where Veronica assisted us. We returned to the same location this past Friday and received excellent service from another staff member. The new staff member was also fantastic, and we were very pleased with her service. If they continue to provide this level of service, this will definitely be my go-to location. Thank you to Veronica and the rest of the team.
I hope the staff at the Ellerslie location can receive proper training and improve their approach towards customers.

Last Saturday we went for a haircut whole family and my husband and my son wants a haircut and it’s around 2 hours before closing we had a pathetic experience over there the lady I didn’t know the name was very rude my 6 year old son got very bad hair cut I was standing beside my son so she rudely asked me to go back and sit then I said I want to see the haircut then she said then sit on chair…I refused and I went back and quietly sit on chair…she takes out some grudge’s to my son or what I don’t know she did uneven hair cut and on the side she did razor and I can see the patch …. Then she said it was from before and we also convinced that may be it was from before but we came back I asked my son do you got hurt in past he said no ….from the back also I can see little patch….Chappelle location not good ….I don’t know why this behaviour

I went there with my kids, the hairdresser (who has hindi tattoo on arm- Dee) was great. She was very patient and co-operative. I hope it reaches you, thank you for the service.

Today for the first time went to Great clips ,Dee, did such a great job cutting my hair , very pleasant lady, from now on I am going to her. Thank you Dee, you won a new costumer, I highly recommend you.

Drove through Chappelle and it’s unfortunate to see your red sign advertisements every 5 feet. Eventually they just turn into litter. It actually does the adverse effect and makes me not want to visit.
