Worst haircut ever. Got sever razor burn in my neck and it scabbed and was bleeding! The lady that cut my hair was at the Clairveiw location and she seemed to not know what she was doing!

Great clips is a decent place to get haircuts. They don't take very long and do a good job. They offer more then just haircuts as you can buy hairstyle products. The staff is super nice and I like how you can reserve a spot so you do not have to wait long. What ever haircut you want they will try there best to make your hair look awesome. If you just want a haircut this place ain't bad.

Worst haircut I have ever received in my life! Ottewell Great Clips...I have been numerous time before, and the haircut was great but it was acceptable...this time, I was in the chair just under an hour constantly saying that it needs to be thinned more, tapered, feathered....all she kept doing is using her hand and pushing it up constantly instead of cutting and styling....finally after close to an hour, I just said "fine" and got up out of the chair. Got home and combed it out, and it's like a mullet....no shape at all and not at all thinned or layered....Never again

Excellent customer service by Jenifer.Requested style: Wonderful experience, Jennifer kept on asking and confirming what haircut I wanted and expertly cut my hair. Her hands were soft on my head, and she did not tug, pull, or struggle with hair while combing. Good job.

My first time experience with Great Clips here in Alberta is very unpleasant. Never experienced this in any Great Clips elsewhere. The lady named Jennifer sounded very unwelcoming from the beginning. She cut in very sternly when other staff was talking to me. When I say "If you say so, she replied "I know so." I also noticed she treated other customers including myself in an intimidating or patronizing tone. When I asked her name, she snapped with "My manager's name is Victoria, you can call her too" to signify that she does not care. Well, I chose another staff to have my hair cut. I love Great Clips, but definitely not coming back to this particular store.

Took my 5 year old for a bang trim and trim to the ends of her hair and would not recommend coming here. Did not part her hair correctly or make the bangs even. Was not worth the fairly low price. Worth it to pay more for a good haircut and to get shampooed and styled. Thought it wouldn’t be too hard to get a decent trim for a 5 year old but I was wrong.
