Ordered items online was charged instantly got an email the next day parts are on their way, great news, but NO tracking information. I wait two weeks check my order online via their website one to find a proof of delivery despite never receiving the ordered parts. In the proof of delivery is the tracking number (would’ve been nice to have this earlier) and an address that is not my own listed as the delivered address. So I send an email wait two days (why have people work the weekends right?) get an email claiming that the parts were delivered to my address??? I respond with the proof of delivery as supplied by Purolator and ask where my order is, I then receive another email stating they never gave Purolator my phone number and that they would try and send the items again I check the tracking number again (a few days later) and am met by another “failed” delivery attempt with ZERO missed calls I can assume that my number was again NOT passed on or simply NOT used. I am appalled by the inability of this company and those that they choose to subcontract for delivery. Don’t order online don’t waste your time or money you will be left waiting for parts that aren’t coming and left with a promise of delivery from someone who already has your cash! Utter disappointment!

Paid 90 dollars for a 2" NPT threaded sight glass. WWG1U928The glass is really foggy like it's etched. Was expecting it to be clear like glass should be.

There was a lady at the front desk two months who said I would get a phone call for a special thin-walled nut driver that they would order in for me. I never got a call or any notification of the driver which I needed for work.

I walked into the location and was clueless as to what I was needing to pick up for my son. David asked me if he could help me, had a big smile and made this clueless Mom happy by the time I left!! He had what i needed and gave me top notch professional and friendly service!!

Horrible business experience and inaccurate website you will order equipment on sale and go pick it up and will not give you sale price also will wait 10 weeks for equipment if they do not have it in stock DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
