I had a very pleasant experience with Sepide. I highly recommend her! She made sure I was comfortable and cozy the entire time. She clearly explained every step of the process. She told me exactly what she was doing before proceeding with each step so I knew what to expect, which I appreciate. She was very open to any questions or concerns before, during, and after the brow lamination process. Sepide was a great listener, very approachable, and very professional. She told me I could reach out to her anytime with any questions or concerns with aftercare. I felt very comfortable the entire time, and I loved the results! I left my appointment very happy.

My eyebrows look amazing! I had a great experience with Sepide! I will 100% come back again. I love the shape of my eyebrows AND the appointment was so fast which I really appreciate! She also made time to see me really quickly, I had messaged her last night, she replied right away. I asked if I could see her the next day and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. The location is so convenient for me as well. I plan to come back and get my eyebrows touched up by Sepide every few weeks!

Sepide is absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing her for eyebrow threading for almost two years now and she does a wonderful job every single time. She is very kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. Her place is very nice and clean, and the price is great. By far the best place I have ever been to for eyebrow threading. I highly recommend her services!

I have been going to this lady for the past 5+ years to get my eyebrows threaded. My sister and my mother also go to her. She has just recently opened this place up as her own. I have never had a bad experience, she strives for great detail and making your eyebrows look immaculate. I highly recommend stopping by, you will not be disappointed, possibly even become a life long customer like myself! Ps. The brow place is on the top floor of the shoppers drug marg building complex, inside the citizen salon. The entrance is on the north side of the building, see attached pictures for further clarification.

Sepide is the sweetest and most talented brow artist I've ever been to. I am excited everytime my brows grow back because it means I get to visit her again. 10/10 for shape, precision, and client service. :)
