My experience was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!
I called and made an appointment for an inspection on a vehicle that I was looking to purchase. I gave all of my information and was told to let the owner know to tell the service desk that he was dropping off the vehicle for me. I called the day before and gave my my name to confirm the appointment.
The morning of the appointment, I gave my credit card to pay for the inspection. Later that morning I recieved a video of a part of the inspection from the owner of the vehicle which was weird that he received this before me.
I called the service desk to say that I would like the updates rather than the owner as I was the one who requested the appointment and was the one paying for it and was told that was no problem.
The owner and not someone from the service desk called me later when the inspection was done that they needed to confirm my credit card. Had there been an issue, the dealership should have called me directly.
The owner shared certain pages of the report with me, but certain items were missing. The report has all of the line items in alphabetical order and I could clearly see that some were missing. Definitely shady on the sellers behalf, but couldn't even get any help from the dealership in good faith.
I had to call the dealership 3 times, was told they would look into it, then yes we will get you a copy and the 3rd time I am informed that because I was not the registered owner of the vehicle I could not receive a copy of the inspection because he did not want his personal information released.
I asked if it's personal information that was the problem, if they could omit his personal info on the report and still share it with me. This was not possible either due to privacy issues (even though no personal information would have been shared).
I wasn't able to know the total of the amount of the repairs, I wasn't able to know how many line items were on the inspection.
I made an appointment in my name, which was changed to the owner's name upon arrival at the service desk for some reason. I paid for an inspection and can't even get a copy of it.
What a waste on my time and money!
Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

I spun out on the highway and snow and drifted into the ditch last night, and Nick stopped and went above and beyond to help me out. What blew my mind with this gesture was that he had his family in the vehicle with him yet he chose to stop on the highway to help a complete stranger.
