Beyond Amazing Team at Go Dodge Southtown Chrysler
I recently purchased a new to me Mazda CX5 from Go Dodge Southtown Chrysler and I can’t speak highly enough of the great team here. Me and my family are so happy with our experience.
Jesse, Mahdi, Tristen, and Hundo were just exceptional. They gave us all the information we needed and they are very patient and accommodating. They took the time to answer all my questions. I didn’t feel pressured and they helped me find the option that would suit me best.
Me and my family would definitely go back for our next car purchase and I highly recommend this dealership. Many thanks to the team for giving us the best experience!

Awesome staff be it sales or service. Recently bought new Grand Cherokee 2024. Very good experience through out the delivery process. Had a sensor issue which disabled the auto start/stop feature. It took some time for them to figure out what the issue was and fix it. But the entire time everyone was so helpful and tried to accommodate what ever and which ever way possible. Special thanks to Pherne (sales executive) and big thanks to Rob (general manager) who was always there to take care of my request/ needs right from the day i walked in to enquire about the new vehicle. Highly recommend visiting the dealership once and i bet they will go up & beyond and come up with the best offer, get you exactly what you are looking for and always be there for after sales service as well.

Service department was excellent. They needed parts and ordered them, gave me a ride home as well. They called when the parts came in, gave me a lift and did the work fast. When I came to pick it up it was even washed, 5 stars all the way. I was always made to feel welcome and not just another number. I can highly recommend the service department at Southtown Dodge !

I dealt with Karim and he was very understanding and helpful with what I needed. This is the third vehicle I have gotten through this dealership and haven’t been disappointed with them. They are certainly an honest dealership

There goes 1 hr of my life. Called, booked an apt, confirmed the price on the phone, drove and waited in line, then after the truck was in the bay they increased the price by about $90. Not only that, but also made fun of the truck since it wasn’t one of their trucks.

To the lovely service advisor who helped me!
I have not used Chrysler South Town yet for service, but I do live behind it. I purchased my first Jeep. Couple of weeks ago from an alternate dealership (kudos to them as well), but with seasonal change my tires needed some love. I pulled into South town hoping not to be looked at like a moron needing my tires filled (I haven’t move my car kit over) and the service advisor didn’t even bat an eye. 430 almost quitting time and she said pull it on in and I’ll grab someone for you. The gentleman that filled my tires was kind and polite. I’m happy I live so close and will using them as soon as my first service is due!
It’s the small things that drive a good customer experience, I’m really sorry that I didn’t grab her name!

I recently purchased a 2022 Ram Limited from Southtown Chrysler and had the best experience I have ever had a car dealership. The sales Rep Tristen answered every question I had as he was extremely knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time helping me with my purchase. He definitely had a genuine interest in making my purchase a comfortable one. He went to bat for me to get the best deal possible. I will be recommending him to all my friends. Also the GM Rob Sirianni was so accommodating and a huge reason I purchased at Southtown Chrysler. Once again the best experience I have had a Car dealersship

Being an out of towner makes it difficult to find the best service and price for a new vehicle, but dealing with Mr. Dreighton Lichewski made everything so easy and fun experience. Not only did he give me the best price on my new truck, he delivered it right to my home address. Couldn't recommend him more and Southtown dodge! A++++
