I had ordered a sweater online for same day delivery, when the package came it wasn’t the products I had ordered, called the store and I don’t remember the associates name but she was wonderful and gave me customer services number. I was able to get a full refund, a coupon and was able to re order the sweater I originally wanted about all in about an hour :) AMAZING customer service and amazing employees!!

You guys have the same clothing and you never ever change it. We’re literally still in the winter faze and I already see summer and spring things up in stock. Definitely consider changing that or else no one’s gonna show up and your gonna get out of stalk and move to a whole different country. Thanks

Dec 4th 2021. The girl greeting people that came into the store was very positive saying Hi as I was coming in. After that they just let us do our thing. Put clothes on the mannequins kids see that and I find it inappropriate, I saw a little boy just staring at that mannequin. Other than that the experience was ok. The girl waved goodbye as I left.

Aya was absolutely amazing. She welcomed me with a big smile and was quick to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She also offered me complimentary items that matched my selection and even got me to try on some sweat pants I wasn’t even thinking about. She was genuine and very professional. As a retail manager myself, I’d hire this girl and keep her on a heartbeat.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Aya!!!! Such a wonderful young lady she knows her stuff and went above and beyond, not only for my daughter but the other 3 people in the dressing rooms. This young lady ran back and forth making sure everyone had what they needed and not one of us felt neglected. The Garage should be very proud of Aya and the customer service she provides. This location will forever be my go to store for all my daughters clothing needs. Thank you Aya you are a wonderful human being and the world needs more people like you in it.

I ordered 2 leggings size M and S I just received an email that its been partially shipped while on the website it allowed me to add it in the card and after I contacted the customer service to cancel all because I don't need one. the guy was rude and asked me to return when I have it. they should not add the item to card if its out of stock and also they have to inform if part of order is not available.

Worst store EVER...My baby left his blanket there by accident..Go back not even 12 hours later and they threw it away.. What store doesn't care about customer belongings and keeps a lost and found..Now my 3 yr old won't sleep because his blanket was thrown out with thrash...

I usually don't write reviews for anything but I just had a lovely experience in this store. I've never really bought anything from garage until today. They had great sales and really cute clothing. Plus the staff were super nice. Definitely will be visting again.

We bought products & the clerk put the items in a brown bag that is labeled with the Garage store name. So as I walk around I am advertising the company. Later I look at my receipt and I was charged for the bag that advertises them. Seriously!! I will not shop at Garage again just because of this. I should have been asked if I wanted to pay for the bag.

I had a great experience at this location. I needed a price adjustment and Aya was so kind and fast to help me. My phone was going to die and she even offered me a charger to use while I got my recipient on the app. Definitely can see that she enjoys her job. Thank you again!

I am severely displeased with my online experience. I shopped with Garage through their app, (which is HORRIBLY coded) the app needed to be force closed multiple times to even function. That aside, I placed my two items in the cart and proceeded to check out. Two days later I receive confirmation about shipping, but was notified the items would ship separately. No reason specified. First item arrived in a timely manner, but still no information about second item has been sent. So I called customer support today to be told I was never charged because the item was out of stock. Apparently, the app lets you add things to your cart that they don't even have. Now I'm frustrated, because I wouldn't have purchased the second item to go with the missing item, and they dont even have the colors I want anymore. A waste of my time.

Usually my daughter and I would shop in store- never had issues. But since the pandemic, my daughter decided to order online a pair of pants she wanted. When making the order, it created the order 5 times and charged us 5 times! I called customer service immediately and they told me they could not cancel the order, we would have to wait for the pants and return them. Then, about 1-2 weeks later we received an email stating our order is cancelled because of the pants being out of stock and they issued a $9 gift card. I called and asked why we were issued a $9 gift card when the pants themselves cost almost $50 per pair... times that by 5! They tell me they have to forward it to their finance department for further investigation. Since then I've called multiple times, since now we are going on almost 2 months since the order was completed- and have not received a full refund. Every time I call, I get told the same thing- they have to forward it to the finance department and a Supervisor will call within 1-2 business days. I still have yet to receive this call. And I keep getting the same run around. Terrible service. It does not take 2 months to refund an order that YOU cancelled.
