Very friendly, clean, and open. Owner has great "Gamer Mom" energy, very welcoming. Prices are comparable or possibly slightly lower than other game stores in the city and the atmosphere is way better than several. My only advice about going there is park in the parking lot to the north side of the building and walk around to the entrance. They have very little parking directly in front, and getting in and out isn't great with the traffic, but that's not their fault, it's the builders. There is lots of parking just around the corner on the north side of the building. Still totally five stars for the store and staff.

I purchased cards online prior to a price spike. When I went to collect the cards in the shop, the clerk notified me that the order was ready, but that there was an error with their system. He asked me how long ago the order was placed, when I responded with 14 days, he said that orders get "bounced back" after 14 days. When I double checked the order, it was actually 13 days. He then replied with the "system" did not like the order and that he had to manually re-enter it. Once he "re-entered" the order, he notified me that the order could not be completed and that I would have to pay the current prices for the cards.
I would like to make the following recommendations to Gamer's Den:
1. Re-consider adding language in the order e-mail online, that you reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. Also re-consider adding language that if a customer doesn't pickup within 14 days the order is cancelled.
2. If you're going to cancel an order, do so before the person arrives at the store. A simple email would have saved me one hour of my day.
Transparency instead of excusess.

Spacious and very clean gaming store. I go here for harder to find magic singles and dragon shield sleeves. Very active on weekends with lots of groups playing table war games, Magic the Gathering, or random board games.

One of the best places in the city to play. Staff are kind and very helpful. Kind of a beautiful thing to see a space where we saw one table enjoying Magic, one table playing 40k, and another group having fun with D&D. Been going here for years even before the move, and the new location is excellent.

This store has an amazing atmosphere and is quite welcoming. Gamer's Den also has an amazing selection when it comes to MTG singles, other card games, and any game accessories you would need. ?

Stopped by this tcg store and more a couple of weeks ago to purchase some CF Vanguard. The atmosphere is what you'd expect, incredible, surrounded by those that share the same interest in hobbies and overall enthusiasm. I was able to interact with the owner and a few regulars to talk about the store and possibly picking up a few tips and tutorials to try other games and or tcg's.
The online web-store is well constructed, and easy to maneuver. As with most sites, it would be nice to have updated stock, especially when the quantities don't match the stock in-store. Despite that being the only constructive criticism, I look forward to coming back to purchase some more goodies, especially considering the last BB I bought had a card over $2000 in value.
