PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Absolutely terrible experience. The delivery team scratched the floor of my new house and promised they would fix it, but after seven months of chasing them down, they outright refused to take responsibility.
It's outrageous that a store would care so little about customer satisfaction after the sale. I expected professional service, but instead, I got negligence and a lack of accountability. If you’re considering shopping here, think twice. I certainly won't be returning!

Bought a sofa here last month, read the reviews after and panicked a bit. Nothing to worry about, sofa was delivered just fine and in great condition. Saved around $150 in comparison with the Ashley home price. Staff very polite, allowed me to change our delivery date and bring it forward.
Only complaint would be that the sofa was $200 more in store than advertised online, and it’s apparently a liquidation sale. None the less happy with the service. Thank you.

No option to pick less than a star for this business. Fake advertising saying 70%off liquidation but the same item I bought from the store last year is 20% mor priced this year. And when asked the sales man who he said, but he would be the real owner said last year price was for last year this year due to economic condition it's price increased and there is no 70% of for all items. But it's listed 70%off all items, clearance sale, no return. When you could get same items for same price on guarantee from Brick. It's real fake business. I don't know how to report this to government about fake advertising .

If you need good and quality stuff don’t go there they will usually have good looking things for you but low quality after couple months you will need to replace them

We were helped by Kevan. Kevan provided outstanding customer service. He went the extra mile to arrange quick delivery. He stayed late to help after we decided to purchase couches. We found two couches from Ashley for an excellent price, around 50% of the price on Ashley’s website. When the couches arrived, they were in perfect shape, and the delivery people were great. We highly recommend this business.

This is an awesome place to shop The Beast From The East (Khalid I think) was amazing to shop with. He was kind enough to wipe out his trusty measuring tape and sort out for us ladies which sofa would fit in out space. Was so extra kind enough to sell us a floor model because we required delivery this week. I absolutely will be back for any other furniture needs. 100 Stars! And he smells divine as well!

We stopped in to look at the wares this establishment has for sale. A very handsome and friendly man named Kevan helped us with very interesting information about the sofas we found. We will be back to shop with Kevan in a couple days. I really hope everyone else we deal with there is just as friendly.

You know I've looked at reviews about this place and I purchased my sectional 4 years ago and it's still in good shape. I haven't had any problems and today I purchased a coffee table. Everyone has their own opinion and their own Taste of furniture you just have to learn to do your research before you go to an establishment and everything will be good.

The showroom was smaller than I thought it would be, but they had a good selection. The salesman was good,but the one downfall for me was its location.

Please don’t buy anything from this store I bought 1 sofa sits and within 2 months this is happened I have also warranty for 5 years but they don’t want cover the warranty they will give you some reason as my experience please don’t buy anything from this store you will lose your money

Absolutely horrible... do not buy from here! Refuse to fix my table that was damaged upon delivery and I have to go through my extended warranty. This place is shady and do not recommend this to anyone.

If I could put a 0 I would.
Please do not buy from this store. We bought a couch for over 2 grand. Bought warranty with it. After 3 months of having this couch we noticed the springs were off so I tried to make a claim with the warranty company they said that I still have a year manufacturer warranty with the store. So I went back and forth with their “customer service” and requested to speak to the manager. The manager has never called me back after requesting to speak to him 3 times!!!
Please go to a different store before coming here!!

I was looking for the "perfect" recliner for my partner. After several hours and at least 5 other stores, we finally walked into Furniture4Less. Kevan immediately welcomed us, gave us options for exactly what we were looking for (my partner is VERY particular about where he parks his butt), and gave us space to explore all of the options they had. Kevan was so patient with us, especially me and my bad attitude (don't take 3 little kids furniture shopping with you, its awful lol), and was overall so kind.
We placed an order for the "perfect" recliner for my partner, and it should be here in a few weeks. We're very excited, and we can't thank Kevan enough! Your customer service was outstanding, I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

We read the reviews but decided to give this business the benefit of the doubt. What a mistake. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!
We would've given Kevin our salesperson 5 stars based on our initial experience and his customer service. But after that, it has been an absolute gong show.
Yes, the prices here are great, but if you receive anything damaged, like we did, trying to get your money back or your items replaced is a joke. Even if you bought the warranty!
If you look at the photos I've included, that's how everything came. That is unacceptable.
It has been two months since we received our damaged sectional. They refuse to return our calls and have a different excuse every time we call about why they don't have a solution yet.
We emailed off our pictures of the damages the day after we received our shipment and gave them everything they asked for and still... nothing.
AVOID THIS PLACE!
All these reviews are not a coincidence.
