Had a great time visiting furniture and mattress clearance center. They have various options available for all kinds of mattresses and furniture. I myself bought a serta mattress from them and it was worth the price.They have reasonable rates and also offer free delivery throughout edmonton. I loved shopping at furniture and mattress clearance center and i would give them a 5/ 5 rating.

I wish I could give a negative rating for them. Sharing my experienceso that nobody else misguided by them. I bought a recliner from them on 22nd December ($2200 + delivery), after unpacking I realized there is a defect in recliner. I made a video and reported the issue same day. Store guy said, they will send someone to check tomorrow and fix it. If it will not be fixes then they will exchange it. Next day no response, so I checked again and he said it is Christmas time so person will come on January 3rd. In this one week without extensive use I noticed that leather is ripping apart. I got panic and reported them everything before January 3rd via videos and pictures. Nobody came on January 3rd and I called them again to resolve it soonest. After making so much efforts the manufacturers came to our house (around 10th January) to check the defect and blamed to us for defect and rips. They said everything happened due to wrong unloading and they just can try to fix it and for rips they are not responsible. I tried to reach manager, but he disconnected my phone.After manufacturers visit I tried to connect to store person again and he changed his statement , started to blame on us for everything and said he didn’t commit anything for fix or exchange. I requested them to exchange or refund,then he said they don’t have that in stock (On 23rd he said they have lot of in stock to exchange). I said then please fix that recliner at least, then he said that manufacturers are sick. After few days he said they will not come, and we are responsible for rips and defect. They fooled us for 1 and half month by wasting our time.I requested them again and again to give me right piece or refund my money to me. They just refund me $500 after a big argument. But my whole piece is waste as recliner does not work.Pathetic people and quality. I have all the records of them if anybody needs a proof from me.

Great find and even better customer service from Jo! The pricing here is unbelievable! There are a bunch of different options for matress types and it doesn’t end there. They sell furniture too-it will not be on site, but you browse through a catalogue and pick!

We bought a queen size mattress from 118 Ave 40 street mattress centre. The owner explained that he has less overhead expenses as it is a small showroom with no advertisement and thereby can sell it cheaper rate compared to other stores. We wanted a mattress with pocket coils and firm. We selected a mattress, which they said had 1110 pocket coils. He delivered it in the same day evening and me and my husband slept in the new mattress on the same day. unfortunately we could not find any pocket coil effect and mattress felt like wood. We were using a mattress with more than 600 pocket coils and firm and the new one was worse than the old one. I could not sleep on this new mattress. We had tried the mattress in store by laying down on it. It was okay. but I understood that we need to try it at least one night sleep to know about the mattress. Next day morning we went to the shop and called the owner over phone and explained our experience and shared him that we want to return or exchange the item. He did not agree and in the middle of the conversation he hang up the phone on us. If you want to buy a good mattress go to a good shop. They give 3 to 4 months trial time to return/ exchange and provide better customer care options. Don't waste your hard earned money here.
