I had a terrible experience with the store owner here. He’s super rude. I couldn’t come early to replace an item because I was on bed rest due to back injury and he was super rude and inconsiderate of one’s agony. not helpful at all. Pathetic customer service

This is our go-to for groceries. Always have the very best prices and stock almost everything we typically use. Produce is always nice and the butcher in store is excellent. The prices here allow our family to eat healthily and well in a time when pricing makes this so very difficult. Staff are awesome and always go above and beyond to be helpful. So happy to be supporting a franchise owner rather than a big corp directly.

This one star is for the customer service. The lady working on the counter was rude. When asked for name she said Niomi (counter 4 or 5) , don’t know whether if is real or fake. Kindly coach your staff to be polite. If customers are buying from the store then store is giving them pay. Please respect you position.

This FreshCo is awesome! They have an excellent selections of international foods!! They offer great pricing compared to where you would normally find specialty items such as Lays cucumber chips, Roshen Ukrainian Candies, pickled herring and much more!! Love it here ?

Go to place for groceries and more convenient location just on the main road. Lewis estates bus terminal at the opposite end is a welcome convenience route for immediate and effective transport and grocery shopping. Their hours and layout is also convenient and can get almost everything that I am looking for on my grocery list.

Worst Food Market going,In fact it's a toss up who's worse, Pay-More Foods (aka Save on Foods) or Freshco.They have sales but don't have enough stock, when you want to bulk buy they limit the sale item to 2 only, even though their sale flyers don't mention any limits.Their produce is garbage, only suitable for pig troughs, buying their produce is wasting your money.Lastly, staff are non-existent, uninterested and they may as well have stayed at home.Never again, be wise avoid this store!!

poor service. first day of a sale and never have item in stock. one staff try to look for it, nothing. keep asking if flyer is for that location. end up talking to the department supervisor/manager and show the sale item on the flyer that was in store. complain about putting up a sale, but have nothing in store. just gave me excuses say flyer was made 4-6weeks ago. i responded then there should be more than enough time to get the item in store. then say there maybe shortages/delivery issues. but there's the same item in stock in smaller size and no sale. seems like s scam. i had much better services from anyother stores in the area, will not go again.
