Rude staffs. Doesnt smile. Not helpful. Shouts the code in the self checkout counter very disrespectful and unprofessional. Was talking about their customer in their language with the other staff across the counter and was smirking after. Looks like they are not happy in their job. I am not coming back to this place. I will rather go to walmart! It ruined my day!

Pooja is amazing supervisor on the shift in Freshco. She has excellent customer relations, care, service and support. Puja is great Assest to Freshco. Pooja is professional, good manner, welcoming greeting and wearing her smile all the time.

They keep expired items here. I bought the yogurt today with the expiry date of 10th Oct. That yogurt got expired 3 days ago and they still had so many of expired yogurts on the shelves.

Dissapoiunted over their small little green bags are now $2.10, when not long ago they were 25 cents each,
Price gouging seems to be very common now in Frescho Grocery stores across the city. Sadly many items n more may qualify as an unfair practice under the Consumer Protection Act.

I had a terrible outing there today, duty manager was horrible, she was arguing and showing her authority, there was no limit sign on sugar and other stuff in aisle neither on flyer, but they marked limit of 2 at check out and said someone had pulled that limit sign off and its not her fault, are you serious? Its your job to make assure all the signs are up and instead of doing your job she said i am getting rude which i wasn't as i know i am not on fault, her tone was high and she was rude and when i asked if limit of 2 is your policy then why i am being allowed to take 6 colgate tooth paste, she said we are in stock of tooth paste not sugar......its a hilarious experience.

Great sales but the stock is low or nil. I keep wasting my time going there to find the sale item is no available. I get a raincheck, go back and still no stock. I gave this place a chance, but I give up.

Your self checkout with one cashier needs to come to an end have only cash so it's no help to me no in line for 15 min+ kinda hope people steal more stuff so you fail in the area bring sobys back had more stuff and more employees your not even close to the same

It was my first time at this location. While grocery shopping with my 4-year-old daughter today July 20 at around 8pm, she urgently needed to use the washroom. I had to speak with three different staff members before finally getting their attention by explaining her urgent need. We first tried the women's washroom, but there was no toilet paper. A staff member then opened the men's washroom, which was also out of toilet paper, and suggested my daughter use paper towels. Since she needed to go urgently, we took the paper towels and went back to the women's washroom. When we opened the toilet, it was so filthy that we ended up leaving our groceries behind and going somewhere else before my daughter had an accident.
I don’t know why it was such an ordeal to use their washroom. We went to Save On and we didn’t have to ask multiple staffs to use the washroom. It was conveniently open for customers to use.
