Broke my windshield when they put my car on the lift.
Used the wrong oil in my car but convinced me it was fine.
Offered to replace my windsheild at employee rate which would cost me 289$ but I already had a quote from glass masters for 250$
Offered 0 Compensation though spoke nicely but that doesnt help me.
Do not go here.

Got a quote for 4 new tires and installment online booked the appointment . They said it will take 2 hours for the job which was right on point .. once they were done i received a text with future recommendation on which i already was aware which was great no hidden prices or try to sell service i didn't need . Quick and fast service !

I had initially gotten a quote and made an appointment with this fountain tire to balance my summer wheels and swap them out with the winter wheels on my vehicle. The quote was originally $150 all in until I got there and the guy at the counter proceeded to try and sell me on various overpriced procedures, for example, $15 per wheel to give the surface that meets the rotor a quick clean which was one recommendation of many that added up to around $260. I ended up just getting them to balance the wheels and put them on myself. I am currently switching the wheels out and had assumed they would have the curtesy to fill the tires up with air after balancing them... clearly I intend to put them on a vehicle. However they are all sitting at around 10psi. That’s just lazy and poor customer service. You are better off going to a family owned shop that isn’t going to price gouge you

I can't believe I didn't share this insanity. This story takes place at the beginning of COVID19.I was quoted for brakes and accepted. When I arrived, I was told the quote was missing an item, and the price would be higher. Mistakes happened, but the conversation was tense and rude. This explained the lower price as well. While discussing this with the owner Scott, things got tense, and he ripped up my quote. He ripped it right up. I couldn't believe it. I left and realized the hassle and time involved in starting over,so I went back in, and we came to an agreement. It was that or wait another week. This was last year, and I haven't been back. I only bother to post because I never did receive any contact after that encounter. A simple call to smooth things over as I purchased tires before this. This makes me think that kind of thing is just another day in horrible customer service.
