I chose to go to Fountain Tire (not sure if it’s the same location) because it was recommended to me. Staff was courteous and professional. We requested for oil change and engine flush. Staff was aware of the model and make of our car when we booked for the service over the phone. To our misfortune and disappointment, the estimated duration of service (1hr) given to us was more than doubled. I wished that this was not true and that I did not make my husband lose the chance of taking fall photos - a simple break that we were hoping he could get as a reprieve from all the stress that he was getting. We arrived a little early for our appointment. Staff was able to accommodate us even before our scheduled time, which we were glad of. Unfortunately, we were informed that the additional oil they ordered “1 hour ago” got delayed. It may have also been their supplier who caused the delay, the heavy traffic due to construction, et al…still the wait was an unpleasant experience for us.

"There's no such thing as a tire warranty."
Took one of my flat tires to fix today, which I bought about 3 weeks ago. They told me it is unrepairable due to the damage inside the tire.
Not only are the new tires I bought poorly made, but I was also disappointed to find out that the damage to this "new tire" was not under warranty, and there was also no break or labor discount for another new tire I have to purchase.
They are really firm on their prices.
There is no point in going back if the tires and repair will not be under warranty.
I will be shopping somewhere else for my next tire service.

Ive been into this crew more than id like in the past YEAR(VW)... But, they recently did me such a solid, when I needed all new tires, that they legit took the stress out of yet another expert dive surprise problem. They are quick, straight talking and human.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. I had a nail in my tire which required patching, sooner than later. The service manager was able to arrange for the tire repair right away, and the technician was more than willing to repair the tire, even though it was close to closing time. Many thanks for the service!!

My experience at Fountain Tire Heritage has been excellent for the past 3 years. I have nothing but great things to say about the honest staff and friendly customer service. Whether it's an oil change, tire rotation, or unfortunate situations that occur, the staff here is willing to help out in a transparent and professional way.

My car's battery was having issue. It wouldn't keep the car running for more than 5 minutes. I booked an appointment at this location. I boosted my car battery and made it to this location. They did the inspection. I believe they did some 'Obv Inspection' (not sure what that is but it is apparently more thorough). Hence, they charged me accordingly for that. As usual they emailed me the report with recommendations. I asked them what was the issue with my battery and they said they found no issue. They showed me the battery reading and it looked fine. They mentioned the alternator was good too. And everything is just fine. Well, again in less than 5 minutes, my car died and it needed the boost. I called them but they were closed. I had to get the car towed to a different mechanic and they said the alternator needs replacement. This place has lost my trust for good. I don't think I'll trust their inspection ever again. If I am paying 170 bucks for the inspection/diagnosis I expect the mechanics to be technically sound enough to diagnose these type of issues at least. Most mechanics I called that evening troubleshooted the issue on the phone only. Unbelievable!

Service is always good. They are friendly, thorough and efficient. Also if additional work needs to be done they let you know if it needs to be done immediately or can wait. Highly recommend.
