NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!! IT'S JUST ANOTHER RIP-OFF REPAIR SHOP WHERE THEY RUN UP THE BILL WITH UN-NECESSARY PARTS AND LABOUR CHARGES AND TREAT YOU LIKE AN IDIOT AT THE SAME TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This brutal cold was playing havoc with my air pressure sensors. I called Fountain Tire to see if I could stop in to confirm if I had a slow leak or not. They got me in immediately and turns out it was a valve core problem that they fixed, easy peasy. While I waited the guys at the front, Steve and Mark, if I remember correctly, were great company. And Antoine did a great job with the repair. I'll be heading back there for any future tire needs! Thanks guys!

This fountain tire I hold a very high opinion on, Marc the owner to all the staff this is an amazing example on how a shop should be ran. They go out of your way to make the experience the best and get you back on the road.I service all my company trucks here and they are always professional, courteous and helpful.Anyone with no experience on working on there own vehicles and are frightened by the mechanic world this is your place, they really care about there customers.

Had bought my tires from here last year. My tires were low on the extreme cold day, drove in, they checked all my tires, aired them up at no charge. Much appreciated!!!!

Dont go here ifnyou are a female and dont know much about cars. They just talk down to you. Went there to get my tires switched to winter tires. One tire went flat within 2wks of getting them switched over. They told me I needed to reorientate the cv axle I had to wait over a wk to get that fixed. Never got fixed and eneded up wait another 2wks called to check appoint Ibwas told there was not appointment for me booked. Nothing got fixed and I ended up waiting a month for nothing.

Truly an excellent shop! Everytime I go it's a great experience. They are always helpful and informative. The mechanic, Matt, I've spoken to a few times and he is knowledgeable and hilarious- truly the best combination. All the guys are great, especially Freddy and Mike. Excellent service without the BS that you get at other shops. I now live in Spruce Grove and I will continue to make it to this shop. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service! I went in there to have a nail removed but my tire was too bald to repair safely. I did know I needed new tires but was hoping to postpone this purchase till the fall as I was going on a vacation next week. I was fortunate to have three people helping to find deals for me one of them was even the owner!They were able to put something together for me today with a deal I was absolutely thrilled with to get me on the road. Even the mechanics came out to talk to me about my tires. It was an all-around fabulous experience and I would recommend this dealership to absolutely everybody.Talk about great customer service with a personal feel. Thank you boys!Signed Girlie Mud

Had a pleasant experience getting my tires changed yesterday. Staff took their time to explain a few maintenance repairs I may need in the future. They were helpful and transparent. I even learned something new about the dates on the tires haha. I believe it was Mark who helped me and a tech who went over a concern I had about my car.Thank you for taking your time with me.

I keep forgetting the reception/waiting area renovation! It's amazing! Spacious, bright clean. Lots of room to physically distance. Comfy chairs, big tv, and a huge wall mural of an Edmontin landmark in its heyday: the Transit hotel! Washroom, coffee & pod beverage machine, parking and great hours. Saturday AM service and a not eye bleeding hour? Nice. On site tire storage means you don't have to call ahead to arrange for them to be delivered for an appointment. Tire swaps are walk-in, so if you are coming on a weekday, set your alarm early. During prime season anyway! Don't forget your 100km retorque... it's important and has caught a couple of things for my chariot.

Went in yesterday with a flat tire, they had me back on the road in just over half an hour!Service was fast, the staff were friendly (more than that, they were also hilarious XD ).All in all, great work, comfortable location, 10/10

Very helpful, friendly and professional ☺️ extremely happy with the service I received here! My van has no reverse right now. They got me in and helped push me out before I could finish coffee!
