I have been going to this Fountain Tire location for years. They have always treated me well, given me a fair price and completed any work efficiently. I had a 5 star rating here for awhile without any commentary, but today I wanted to come back and write this quick note.
I had a major problem under my hood that I couldn't figure out independently even after spending a ton of time on it the day before. I needed it fixed ASAP and I wasn't even sure if it was the kind of thing that Fountain Tire could deal with, nor was I sure that I could afford the fix as the problem was very unexpected. I was super stressed about it and didn't know if it would be possible to keep driving my only vehicle if the problem continued so I decided to stop in last minute to see if they could help. The employees were extremely compassionate and they managed to fix the problem right there on the spot! It wasn't the most obvious fix, but even though it was close to the end of the day, they problem-solved until a solution was reached.
I am so incredibly grateful for their hard work, kindness and for coming in at a price far, far lower than I had estimated! I don't know much about cars, but I know enough to know when I am being ripped off - luckily, at this Fountain Tire location, that is never a worry!

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Cory at Fountain Tire. He’s truly professional, honest, and great to work with. He helped me out with my tire alignments and gave me solid recommendations on what tires I should go with. I really appreciated his straightforward approach and felt like he genuinely had my best interests in mind. I’ll definitely be recommending this Fountain Tire to friends and family, and I know I’ll be coming back in the future.

Nothing but great things to say about this location. When not one other tire shop in the area. Would even give me the time to look at it, Tire craft was horrible, Canadian tire next week at the earliest, Kal tire hung up repeatedly, tire shop plus next week at the earliest. After all those responses to a simple tire repair, I went to see Josh at this location, he told me the quick turn around time, I went back and removed the tire and took it into him and got my tire repaired the same day within 2 hours. Will never hesitate to go back here again. Excellent service and quality of work was excellent. Thanks again to Josh at the front counter for making sure I had my tire 2 hours later. Highly recommend

A little late reviewing, but not too late. I was a happy customer here until I was told my axle seal leaking. In replacing that the axle wasn’t replaced properly which caused the wheel bearing to need replacing. I brought it back and it was repaired but was given a 50% refund. Besides I was the one that pointed out that they were the last to work on that area. People/businesses need to face up to their mistakes…

keep coming back to this Fountain Tire they have the best staff, there’s never any hiccoughs like other shops in the city. I’ll definitely always drive out of my way an extra half hour to get any work done I need here super honest people never making you spend more than what you need to. Corey definitely knows what he’s doing when it comes to running a business small town service in the big city!!!
