I had my tires replaced 10 days ago at this location. I waited at the shop, which was clean and comfortable. Best of all, the service rep Corbin Morgan provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I over heard him with other customers and he was polite, respectful, friendly and accommodating with every customer, every time. I won't go anywhere else for vehicle service now. Corbin went above and beyond!

They were very accommodating and flexible with their schedule for me, and made it a priority to ensure I was mobile when they were finished at the end of the day, even if it was only temporarily until the permanent fix was in. The staff was friendly and forthcoming with their explanations.

Terrible experience. Brought my car in to get the tires changed and they asked if I wanted to get the sensor for my tires fixed. I said yes. After driving for a few days, I realize what they did failed to work. I call them back, and they told me to bring it again. After doing so and driving around for another few days, it still didn’t work. The following week, I tried phoning them. The first time I got hung up and did not receive a call back. After waiting an hour, I try again, to which they say they will find the right person and call me right back. Waited the entire day for it and nothing. Next week I phone them AGAIN to which they tell me to I would need to drop my car off for the day to give time for a specialist to look at it, however they supply Ubers to and back from my house. After dropping it off and getting ann Uber back, I get a phone call about halfway through the day informing it would cost more than I initially paid since they needed to add/replace more sensors. No problem. I said I’d pay it. About 2 hours after that, I get a third call telling me that they require a modulator for the additional sensors and at this point I said just forget about it. I double checked to make sure an Uber would still be able to pick me up at 5:00. Skeptical, I triple checked and phoned them again at 4:20 to make sure it was still coming to which they confirmed and said yes. After 5:10 rolls around with no sight, text, or semblance of an Uber coming, I try calling them multiple times where nobody picked up (not that big of a deal but they close at 5:30 I wouldn’t be able to get my car back for the night). I scrambled and found a last minute ride to get there before they closed and retrieved my car, thus ending this nightmare. Nice people, very polite and understanding, but nonetheless, this whole thing was just awful and a major headache.

I had a great experience with them. The staff member was very friendly and they were able to find a solution without need to change the sensor. They did the diagnosis for free. I highly recommend this place.

This Fountain Tire (West End (158st)) is second to none. The front-office staff (and the garage techs) are always so friendly, honest, and sincerely helpful in looking after our needs. I've always had excellent service from them and won't hesitate to recommend them. Keep up the great work!!!

So far all my interactions with Fountain Tires in general have been very positive. Today I absolutely destroyed my tire, and even though I only got it to them around noon, it's now 4pm and I've already picked up my car from them again. In that time they got the tire in from another shop, studded it, and put it on, plus put my spare back under my vehicle. They even sent an Uber to pick me up so that I could come get my car. They were really nice but also professional throughout as well. I decided to write a review because I've just had such great experiences, and today was pretty amazing. Thanks so much to all the staff there for the excellent work you do!

Had another fountain tire mess up my oil change and these guys saved my car from blowing up. Great service and everyone was wonderful to talk to. I didn't catch his name but the mechanic that has 9 years under his belt is a fantastic guy. 10/10 service for me today
