I had a fantastic experience with this tire shop. I purchased a new tire and had my seasonal tires changed. After a week, I encountered some unexpected issues, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me without any additional charges. Despite being busy, both the front-end staff and the manager provided exceptional support. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this tire shop. They deserve a well-deserved 5-star review.

You guys hooked me up on the fly when two of my TPMS went to hell on me. Price was insanely fair and you got it done faster than I assumed it would be. Guys at the counter know their stuff and the techs did a wicked job. New sensors are holding strong. Have had vehicles of mine in for other repairs I can’t do myself and it’s been a consistently awesome shop to go to, even if you’re not in it for tires.

I have bought 4 sets of tires from this store and have always received exemplary service. I also get them to do my seasonal tire swap overs. Recently I bought new tires for my Highlander and decided I didn't like them as I found the ride harsher than my old tires. Marc arranged a swap of a different new tire thanks to Goodyears 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I love my new tires and will continue to be a customer at Riverbend Fountain Tire. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, on a Saturday too! Had flat, put spare on as flat was not repairable. In and out in 25 minutes! Called Monday with replacement tire! Went to my usual guy as needed to change over winter to summers. Offered to pay but they said - no charge!! Wow!! Talk about service!! Highly recommend!

TOTALLY IMPRESSED!!!I originally called Kal Tire but they didn't have the tires I needed in stock! I called Scott at Fountain Tire at the end of the day Monday, he booked me for 8am Tuesday morning. New tires and oil change, less expensive than expected (better price than the competition)COMPLETELY HAPPY! I am now a customer for life! Cheers!

I have held back a few reviews because I have had such a wonderful, long standing relationship with this location. However, this year again, they 'lost' my tires, wasting our time and money. I had to get on the phone and ask a couple simple questions again to find them. It is so sad to see customer service go so far down. When I called to say that I had found them they didn't even apologize let alone compensate me for the hassle. Sadly, I will not be going back here for any mechanical reason.
