I used to work downtown and only bought tires from this location. I no longer work downtown, but because my tires are from there, I called them this morning about a problem tire, they got me in this morning. Quick turnaround I was out in one hour (enjoyed their ice cold bottled water and snacks for customers in their customer lounge and they even brought me a fan ), had a screw in my Tire they repaired for free. Still as nice and efficient as always. I highly recommend this location.
Update: Last week in October the same tire had a slow leak, went back to visit fountain tire, thought it was something from the last fix of the screw in my tire. Turns out leak was coming from the bead attaching to the wheel this time. Again, quick and efficient service at no charge, great coffee and snacks while I waited, and they even thanked me for my earlier Google review.

Got my tires swapped over at this Fountain tire location (Downtown) last November and discovered in the spring (while doing a changeover at my local Costco) that the Fountain Tire tech had crossthreaded one of the lug nuts so the Costco couldn't swap one of my tires. Called up and spoke to Kailee (sorry should have asked for the spelling) at this downtown Fountain Tire and explained the situation. I was honestly expecting a fuss, but only got a smooth experience. She was (with some hard work and a bit of luck) able to get one of the techs to squeeze in my car same day to get the quick repair done (even though they normally would not have had availability) and even finished the tire swap so I didn't have to waste time going elsewhere (all at no charge of course). It's hard to find a place these days that provides real customer service, takes ownership when things go wrong (as happens) and backs up their commitment to quality with action. Thank you so much Kailee and the team. Would highly recommend this location for the convenience and service - they have the demonstrated ability to pay attention to make sure the small repairs and their small customers are well treated, so I would trust them with the bigger stuff.

Make sure you ask for a quote up front, even for simple services. They charged me $190 for a simple tire swap that took them less than an hour. Felt pretty ripped off.
