Catering services- Poor communication, of accountability. Combative responses from management when feedback was provided.Requested tickets to be used to ensure tracking of billing on-site and was refused. No communication with organizer prior to just packing up and leaving site. Argumentative when feedback was provided.

We hired them and it is our 5th year in row. Really enjoyed professionalism and communication ....never had any issues. Great company to choose for, corporate catering.
