Samir was very professional and friendly. He inspected the vehicle and then said what needs to be done. He was accomodating when we decided what to get fixed based on our budget. Samir did an excellent job with the repairs. He also fixed some extra small things free of charge. If there are future issues needing fixing I would choose to return to him.

Sam has got to be one of the nicest automotive specialists I've ever met. Thank you Sam for all the work you have done for me. He does OPIs in a very reasonable time and cost ($205). I'd be glad to go back to Fair Auto! Giving the circumstances lol

My truck broke down. I googled the nearest mechanic shop and FAIR AUTO was the one. I called and Sam answered . It was after hours. When I told him my situation, he actually came back to his shop and waited for me. He fixed my truck on time. He was professional and honest . The price was very fair just like the name.

Highly recommend Fair Auto. Recently had my vehicle serviced (water pump, timing belt, fluids). The communication throughout the entire process was transparent and my vehicle was back to me very quickly. Great experience. We also take all of our company fleet vehicles for service to Fair Auto as well.

Sam just serviced my 2015 VW Jetta, and I’ll be bringing the car in next year for timing belt & water pump changeout. With regards to the fleet vehicles at my workplace, he confidently works on GM and Ram light duty trucks.

Wow, absolutely amazin service and pricing is good as well took my car in with major electrical issue from some else mess up n he found the problem in a very timely manner .n he had my car runnin like a brand new car He’s very polite n describes things very good .
